Elements, la nueva colección Abbacino para la Primavera/Verano del 2012, es una toda una declaración de in-tenciones. Basada en el amor por la Tierra y los cuatro elementos que la forman, las nuevas creaciones de la marca revelan su apego y respeto por el entorno.

Esta colección nos propone un viaje a los orígenes, a lo ancestral. Donde Agua, Fuego, Aire y Tierra se mezclan para crear un todo complejo y armónico a partes iguales. De ahí los sugerentes nombres de las líneas. Nombres con referencias a los elementos esenciales, inspirados en las mitologías de culturas que tradicio-nalmente han venerado a la Naturaleza. La colección nos sumerge en un viaje inciático que nos lleva desde las cúspides de volcanes sagrados como el Kilimanjaro hasta los lugares míticos donde habitan los dioses del Mar y las diosas del Aire. Un recorrido sorprendente y apasionante por el corazón de Gaia.

Materiales 100% naturales como la piel, el ante y las lonetas se dan la mano con otros nacidos de la más avanzada tecnología, grabados con láser y con acabados sorprendentes, como el tricot o los calados. Se buscan nuevas composiciones, combinaciones que fusionan conceptos a priori antagónicos.

Una vez más, los aclamados trenzados made in Abbaci-no, tienen un papel destacado. Podemos encontrarlos en sofisticadas carteras de mano, en bolsos de día y en modelos inspirados en las cestas tradicionales de la isla de Mallorca. Destacan, también, los bolsos de noche. Clutchs en los que se fusionan madera y rafia, otros en los que el croché les da una forma caprichosa y aquellos en los que el material con print animal se pliega como si fuera un ejercicio de papiroflexia.

La paleta cromática refleja el transfondo conceptual de la colección. Los colores de la tierra, de los océanos, del cielo y el fuego se mezclan con los de los minerales en tonos que van de los empolvados o los más vibrantes.Como es habitual en la marca, sus diseños aúnan prac-ticidad y funcionalidad. Muchos modelos cuentan con asas regulables que permiten, incluso, transformar un bolso de hombro en otro de bandolera.

100% natural materials such as leather, suede, and canvas go hand in hand with others, the fruit of the latest technology, presenting laser embossed and other surprising finishes such as warp-knitting and openwork. New compositions and combinations fusing previously antagonistic concepts are sought.

Once more, the famous made in Abbacino braids play a leading role. We can find them in the sophisticated handbags, day bags and in models inspired by the traditional baskets from Majorca. The evening bags are also outstanding. Clutches fusing wood and raffia, and others given frivolous form by crochet and yet others using animal print materials folded as if they were an exercise in origami.

The colour palette reflects the collection’s conceptual basis; colours of the earth, the oceans, the sky and fire combine with mineral tones ranging from dusty shades to vibrant hues.As ever, the brand’s designs are practical and functio-nal. Des matériaux 100% naturels comme le cuir, le daim et les toiles s’unissent à d’autres nés de la technologie la plus avancée, gravés au laser, aux finitions surprenan-tes, comme le tricot ou les perforations. On recherche de nouvelles compositions, des combinaisons qui fusionnent des concepts a priori antagoniques.

Une fois encore, les tressages made in Abbacino, acclamés, jouent un rôle à part. On les retrouve sur des portefeuilles sophistiqués, des sacs de jour et des modèles inspirés des paniers traditionnels de l’île de Majorque. On distingue également les sacs de soirée. Ancora una volta, gli acclamati intrecci made in Abba-cino ricoprono un ruolo di spicco. Die Kollektion besti-cht durch ihre neuen Kombinationen und innovativen Designs, die a priori antagonistisch erscheinen.

Die typischen made in Abbacino Flechtereien spielen erneut eine herausragende Rolle. Diese klassischen Abbacino-Elemente finden sich bei hochwertigen Han-dtaschen, Tagestaschen und bei den von der traditio-nellen Korbflechterei Mallorcas inspirierten Modellen der Marke wieder. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die Abendtaschen, wie z. B. Clutchs, bei denen Holz und Raphiabast miteinander verschmelzen, oder denen durch ihre gehäkelte Textur eine eigenwillige Form verliehen wird. Ins Auge stechen auch die Modelle, bei denen sich das Material mit Tieraufdruck wie bei der Papierfaltkunst Oregami zusammenlegen lässt.
