LOOKOUT™ monitoring services, powered by Apergy’s proven XSPOC™ data collection and well management system, is a 24/7 life-of-well service that connects you to your wells so you can manage your asset’s operations and economics. Data from sensors located in the well, on the surface, and in facilities is aggregated to give you deep insight into the status and/or performance of artificial lift systems.

The service is based on remote monitoring from anywhere with web-based access that’s fully scalable from a desktop computer to a mobile device. You can make immediate adjustments to equipment operating parameters to effectively manage your production operations, including:

�� Extending the longevity of your artificial lift systems

It can be challenging to keep operating at optimum levels in the dynamic conditions typical of unconventional oil wells. To make the most of your unconventional assets you need “eyes” on your operations.

The LOOKOUT service is the only offering in the industry that remotely monitors and adjusts all types of artificial lift systems (ESPs, rod lift, gas lift, progressing cavity pumping systems, hydraulic lift, jet pumps, surface pumping systems) as well as chemical injection programs–regardless of the equipment supplier. For ESP, rod lift, and gas lift systems, the XSPOC automated diagnostic software platform provides real-time, descriptive analysis of the downhole system’s operations, allowing for proactive, fact-based decision making.

The LOOKOUT optimization teams provide critical advice and support on artificial lift operations throughout the life of a well, including surface control system set up and tuning; downhole system resizing recommendations as production rates change; and artificial lift type change outs. The teams also provide troubleshooting services when a trip to the field becomes necessary.
