What You NeedCREPES MIX1 1/2 c all-purpose flour1/2 tsp baking powderDash salt2 tbsp sugar2 c milk2 large eggs2 tbsp melted butter

FILLING2 cans strawberry pie filling or flavor of your choice

TOPPINGSPowdered sugar, ice cream, whipped cream—the choice is yours

Crepes for Valentine’s Day

Directions• Combine “Crepe Mix” ingredients and set aside over night. Not less than 4 hours.

• To cook crepes, season a small egg pan or skillet with melted butter.

• Pour 1/4 cup crepe mix into a medium-high heated pan.

• Cook until brown on both sides.• As they cook, place on a platter and separate with wax paper until ready to fill. Keep warm.• To fill crepes, heat filling to warm.• Add warm filling and roll in jelly roll style. Place on your serving plate.• Top with favorite topping.
