    Network KPI Test Types

    According to the test method, Network KPIs can be

    done in the following test types:

    1.Drive Test

    2.Single Site Service Acceptance

    3.ATP Test

    4.M2000 Traffic Statistic

    Drive Test

    KPIs:

    These KPIs should be tested by drive test and statistic in M2000.

    We can make and execute test tasks automatically when doing

    Drive Test. The purpose is to create a heavy traffic environment

    to statistic the probability.

    Single Site Service Acceptance

    KPIs:

    These KPIs can be tested when doing the Single Site Service

    Acceptance.The items of Single Site Service Acceptance consists of the Ftp DL&UL

    and ping latency . We need to select a good coverage location in each

    cell to do the site acceptance.

    These KPIs are about the performance of products, so we can test

    them in the ATP Test of several typical sites.

    These KPIs are about the performance of the whole network. So

    we need to statistic in M2000.

    At first, make sure the Drive Test System to work normally.

    Then make two test tasks:

    1.LTE/SAE Attach Success Rate and Call drop Rate:

    continuous short-time ftp download task

    2.Intra-handover Success Rate and intra-handover latency:

    long-time ftp download task

    Single Site Service Acceptance

    These three KPIs can be tested in Single Site Service Acceptance :1.FTP download average throughput for big file with one UE in the cell

    2. FTP upload average throughput for big file with one UE in the cell

    3. Ping RTT average time for 32 Bytes in the unloaded system with one UE in the cell

    M2000 Traffic StatisticThe KPIs are about the performance of the whole network, so we

    need to statistic them in M2000 in the background. Finally we can get

    the statistical report from M2000.

    Here is the definition of each KPI:

    1.One round Paging Success

    Rate={100}*[L.Paging.UU.Succ]/[L.Paging.UU.Att]

    2.One round Tracking Area Update success

    rate=100*S1_mode_TAU_success_times/S1_mode_TAU_times

    3.SAE Bearer Setup Success Rate= 100* SAE_bearer_setup_success_times/
