The Salt Lake Lumber Building, is a rare turn-of-the century historic building in downtown Salt Lake. Originally built as the Morrison-Merrill Lumber Company Office, the property is historically significant as one of Utah’s largest and most important lumber company offices. Built in 1909, the property is one of only a few existing turn of the century office buildings. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

EXTRAORDINARY TRANSIT ORIENTED LOCATIONThe property is located ½ a block from the North Temple Station. This is one of only three transit stations in the state of Utah offering light rail, high-speed commuter rail and bus in the same location. The Salt Lake Lumber Building is one of the best transit served office buildings in the state of Utah.

HIGHLY WALKABLEThe property is highly walkable to retail, entertainment and cultural venues of the city. The Gateway, a regional shopping, dining and entertainment destination, the 4th West Grocery Market, along with all of the retail surrounding Vivint Smart Home Arena are within a 2-block walk of the property.
