    Morals are Objective.

The Three fundamental elements in Kants MoralSystem:

    1.

Individuals are rational beings; that is, peoplehave the ability to make choices on the basis ofreason and to act on the choices

    2. Individuals have an intrinsic value; that is, peoplehave value in and of themselves. In other words, individuals are ends also, not means only.

    3. Individuals are the author of the moral law; thatis, individuals are autonomous

Act in such a way that you always treat

humanity, whether in your own person or inthe person of any other, never simply as ameans, but always at the same time as an end

The rational idea that a peaceful internationalcommunity of all human beings can be createdis a principle of right.

Cosmopolitan right is an obligation on allnations to facilitate travel and trade and tounite for the purpose of creating universal lawsto regulate their relations

The Federation would, therefore, create aframework where citizens of one state wouldbe able to interact with their fellow citizens ofanother state without a threat of hostility.
