LAM-PRO

El horno de Radiación LAM-PRO está pensado para todos aquellos profesionales que tienen poco espacio disponible o producciones de poco volumen pero de alto valor añadido. Tiene doble capa de radiación (superior e inferior) más apoyo convectivo de uniformidad y presenta un fácil acceso a la bolsa de vacío por tres lados de su bandeja extraíble. Está equipado con un ventilador adicional para reducir el tiempo de enfriamiento, y desde su programador electrónico se pueden controlar los diferentes ciclos de temperatura y el funcionamiento de su bomba de vacío.

The LAM-PRO Radiation & Convection oven is aimed to all those professionals that dispose of limited space or which have low volume but high added value productions. It has a double layer of electrical heaters (upper & lower) plus convectivity help for uniformity and offers an easy access to 3 sides of the vacuum bag on its extractable shelf. The oven is equipped with a ventilation fan to reduce the cooling time, and from its electronic panel we can control the different temperature cycles and the vacuum pump switching times..

La serie LAM-PRO TOP es una serie de fabricación ideal para clientes que buscan flexibilidad y producciones diferenciadas medio/altas. Incluye el sistema de calentamiento por radiación más convección que minimiza los gradientes térmicos en la superficie del horno, reduce los ciclos de acción y optimiza los tiempos muertos de carga y descarga al disponer de pulmón acumulador, ofreciendo capacidades de producción diaria dobles que los sistemas Standard/Duo.

The LAM-PRO TOP series are ideal for customers seeking flexibility and medium/high manufacturing productions. It includes the radiation & convection heating system that minimizes the thermal gradients on the oven’s surface, reduces action cycles and optimizes the loading and unloading time-outs, thanks to its loading buffer, offering double daily production capacities that the Standard/Duo systems.

HLH

Hornos de Laminado Horizontal (HLH): Horno de convección acelerada, para media y alta producción, equipado con 4 bandejas (ampliable a 5) con sus correspondientes bolsas de vacío. Alta homogeneidad de temperaturas en todas las superficies a laminar gracias al perfecto guiado del flujo de aire de gran caudal. Posee ventiladores de recirculación de gran caudal y equipo independiente de enfriamiento rápido, con ventilador y extracción forzada automática, que permiten reducir los ciclos de laminado y aumentar las propiedades de transparencia del EVA.El equipo de control consta de una pantalla táctil de fácil uso, con capacidad para veinte programas independientes, con veinte segmentos abiertos y programables para el control de los diferentes tipos de ciclo, así como ciclos abiertos con programación de tiempos de rampas y control de los paros y marchas de vacío segmento a segmento.

Horizontal Lamination Ovens (HLH): Convection oven for medium and high production equipped with 4 trays (upgradable to 5) each with a vacuum bag. Thanks to its mastered high volume air flow we can achieve great temperature homogeneity in all its surfaces. The oven has circulation fan(s) and an independent fast cooling circuit with a fan and a chimney to evacuate the heat, allowing fast cooling times. This results in shortened working cycles and higher transparency in EVA. The program controller has a user friendly touch screen with a capacity for 20 independent programs with 20 open segments so it can handle all sorts of cycles. The open programmable cycles allow controlling heating and cooling ramps, and the stat&stop of the vacuum segment per segment.

HLV-DUPLEX SYSTEM: Vertical y HorizontalHorno de convección apto para laminar tanto en Vertical como en Horizontal.Su arquitectura flexible permite introducir cristales sobre carro en diferentes posiciones de acuerdo a las demandas del mercado:

Sistema vertical:Este sistema utiliza tanto juntas perimetrales alrededor de todo el cristal como bolsas de PET de 1 solo uso, resultando la mejor solución para piezas tanto de gran tamaño como de gran peso que ayudado por medios mecánicos de pinza y puente-grúa, puede llegar a ser manipulado por un solo operario. Nuestro sistema vertical permite trabajar con diferentes espesores de cristal facilitando y agilizando el montaje. El sistema perimetral se adapta perfectamente a piezas curvas arquitecturales, templadas o con inserciones centrales.

Sistema horizontal:Se caracteriza por el uso de bolsa de silicona reutilizable para vacío y su principal ventaja recae en la facilidad y rapidez de preparación de piezas. Es la mejor solución para piezas pequeñas y medianas, tanto estándar como de formas poco regulares.

HLV-DUPLEX SYSTEM: Vertical & HorizontalConvection oven adapted to laminate either in Vertical or in Horizontal position.Its flexible architecture allows getting the glasses on a trolley inside the oven in different positions according to the market needs:

Vertical system:This system uses either U-shaped gaskets around the glass edges or single use PET vacuum bags. It is then perfectly adapted to big or heavy parts and by the means of a bridge crane and a loading nipper can be handled by a sole operator. Our gasketing system admits all the glass thicknesses and is easily and quickly mounted. The vertical system is a good fit for curved parts, tempered glasses or central insertions laminates.

Horizontal system:Its main characteristic is the use of a vacuum bag, and its great advantage is the easiness of parts preparation. It adapts perfectly to small and medium parts, either in regular or odd shapes.

Hornos de Heat Soak Test (H.S.T) y y Sistema de Laminado Adicional Duplo: El Heat Soak Test es la única prueba homologada y exigida en toda obra de fachadas y/o alto valor añadido que esté sujeta a garantías decenales o de calidad por tiempos definidos largos, que nos permite detectar qué vidrios templados contienen impurezas de sulfuro de Níquel, y son altamente susceptibles de sufrir roturas espontáneas unas vez instalados.Los cristales templados pueden estallar espontáneamente debido a inclusiones de sulfuro de níquel. Estas inclusiones son indetectables y pueden provocar una rotura en el momento más inesperado. La única prevención que podemos tomar es ensayarlos antes de instalarlos para disminuir drásticamente las roturas espontáneas. Esta prueba evitará tener que reemplazar cristales una vez instalados, con lo que se ahorran los altos costes de reposición.

HST “L” Type - Longitudinal Process:Con una sola máquina dispondrá de dos opciones complementarias:HST: Control de calidad de Vidrios TempladosLaminate: laminados con EVA y SGP tanto en vertical como en horizontal.

Heat Soak Test (H.S.T) Ovens & Additional Laminate Duplo SystemHeat Soak Testing is the only homologated and required test for any façade or high added value work subject to decennial or long term warranties. It is the way to detect which glasses contain impurities of Nickel Sulphide and are highly liable of spontaneous breakage once installed.Tempered glasses can shatter spontaneously due to Nickel Sulphide inclusions. Those inclusions are not detectable and can provoke the breakage at any unexpected moment. The only preventive action is to test them before their final installation to decrease dramatically the breakage rate. This test will prevent having to replace glasses once installed, saving the high reposition costs.

HST+LAMY Type – Double Process Pujol Ovens:With just one machine you get two complementary operations:HST: Quality control of tempered glasses.Laminate: EVA lamination process both vertical and horizontal.

Hornos de Heat Soak Test (H.S.T.)

Hornos Pujol dispone de la Serie V de producción de hornos de Heat Soak Test para realizar el tratamiento en vertical o para laminados de piezas curvas o sobremedida en vertical, con bolsas de un solo uso. La principal ventaja de este diseño es el flujo rápido y homogéneo de los vidrios dispuestos verticalmente en los racks de carga.

Hornos Pujol has also made available the V Series of Heat Soak Testing ovens, for vertical treatments or for curved laminated or oversized glasses. It uses single use bags. The main advantage of this design is the rapid and homogeneous flow of the glasses being arranged vertically in the loading racks.

Pujol 100 con Fast Curing

El exclusivo horno Pujol 100 está equipado con el sistema Fast Curing, el único sistema del mercado que permite laminar ciclos de EVA ultra-rápidos de entre 25-50 minutos y sin necesidad de encintado perimetral de las piezas como en los procesos tradicionales, e incorpora un novedoso y único sistema automático de AUTO VACUUM PLUG-IN de las bolsas de vacio y la carga/descarga automática de las bolsas y bandejas de carga. Esto supone un importante ahorro de costes de producción, sin importar además si ésta aumenta o disminuye debido a su bajo y estable consumo de funcionamiento. El sistema Fast Curing del Horno Pujol 100, supone una baja inversión inicial al no requerir proyectos de homologación o ampliaciones de potencia ya instalada (debido a su bajo consumo energético) pero permite altas producciones de hasta 1.200 m2/dia

The exclusive oven Pujol 100 is equipped with the Fast Curing system, the only system in the market that allows super-short EVA lamination cycles between 25-50 min. without needs of edge glass taping as the traditional systems and includes the new and unique systemof AUTO PLUG-IN jacket vacuum inlets joining an automatic feeding loading & unloading system of the tray into the different chambers of the process: Pre-Vacuum + Curing + Cooling. This means an important production costs cut, even if it is increased or reduced, due to its low and stable power consumption. The Fast Curing system from the Pujol 100 oven, means a reduction of the initial investment, without homologation projects or installed power increases (thanks to its low power consumption) but allows high production capacities up to 1.200 m2/day

Sistema PUJOL 100 PVB+

Horno exclusivo diseñado para laminar tanto PVB como EVA, con todas las ventajas del sistema Fast Curing. A diferencia de los sistemas tradicionales de autoclave, este horno no precisa una deshumidificación y refrigreración específica y costoso del PVB antes de su laminación. Tampoco grandes Potencias eléctricas instaladas. Además su bajo consumo de funcionamiento reduce drásticamente la energía empleada lo que reduce considerablemente los costes por pieza fabricada respecto al sistema Autoclave. Y elimina el riesgo de explosión y de costosas pruebas de presión durante su vida útil y cosotoso mantenimiento.

El Sistema Pujol 100 ofrece a los usuarios una media-alta producción y una alta flexibilidad permitiendo combinar ciclos de EVA con ciclos de PVB y/o Sentryglass, atendiendo las necesidades de cada proyecto, aprovechando las ventajas de cada producto (EVA o PVB) según las especificaciones de cada cliente y adaptándose a cada caso particular.

Producciones de hasta 8-12 Tn / día de PVB combinadas con alta flexibilidad de producción al combinar ciclos rápidos de EVA de hasta 1.200 m2/dia son una solucion ideal para los grandes productores de Laminado que buscan además gran flexibilidad y productos de Alta gama y alto valor añadido.

Pujol 100 System:

Exclusive oven designed for laminating both PVB and EVA, with all the advantages of the Fast Curing system. Unlike traditional autoclave systems, this oven does not require any specific and costly PVB storage and prearation humidity conditions before lamination. Furthermore, due to its low power consumption, reduces drastically the power bill which leads to lower costs per produced part compared to an autoclave. And eliminates the risk of explosion and expensive pressure testing revisions and maintanace sosts during it´s operating life.

The Pujol 100 System offers to medium-high production users a great flexibility allowing to combine EVA cycles with PVB or Sentryglass cycles, thus adapting to the specific needs of every project. The user can then take advantage of every product (EVA or PVB) benefits according to the specification of each customer, adapting to any particular need.

Productions: between 8-12 tons / day of PVB combined with high flexibility production due to combining rapid cycles of EVA up to 1.200 m2/day are best solution to massive glass lamination processors which in addition are technologically today looking for more flexibilityon their production scaleand be able to process specific add value and high tech products.

FULL AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY LINES

Planta de laminado El nuevo sistema Pujol 100 va acompañado del desarrollo de la Primera planta de ensamblaje automática para vidrio laminado en Horizontal. La planta, gracias al nuevo desarrollo del Pujol 100, no necesita estar ubicada en una cámara con deshumidificador y climatizador y está diseñada con el fin de maximizar la producción y reducir los costos de preparación de laminado.

Automatic assembly lineThe new system Pujol 100 is accompanied for developing the first automated assembly line for laminated glass horizontally. The assembly line, with the new development of Pujol 100, does not need to be located in a chamber with dehumidifier nor climate control. The line is designed to maximize production and reduce the costs of preparing the laminate.
