    Pryov bloky s teflonovou vrstvou MACT

    Pouit

    Jsou ureny pro pohybujc se zazen s malou rychlost pohybu. Napklad potrub, tepeln vmnky a aparty, mostn konstrukce.Jsou pouvny v teplrenstv, plynrenstv, energetice, chemickm a strojrenskm prmyslu, petroche-mii, dopravnm stavitelstv. Tedy tam, kde se vyuije jejich dlouhodob stabiln velmi nzk koeficient ten a to i za zhorench provoznch podmnek.

    Materil

    Zkladn komponentou je pryov blok s kovovou vnitn vztu opaten na kluznch plochch teflonovm povlakem.

    Kompletace

    Bloky mohou bt pipevnny na rzn typy zkladovch desek, nebo dodny bez desky. Pata kluzku nad povrchem z teflonu mus bt opatena plechem z letn nerezavjc oceli.

    Tvary

    Standardn jsou bloky dodvny se tvercovou zkladnou. Jin proveden na poptvku.

    Konstrukce

    V souasn dob jsou na spolenost nabzena kluzn uloen spolenosti Trelleborg-IESA typu:MACT 4, pro posuvy v osch x, y.MACT 5, pro posuv v ose x.Kluzn uloen se skld z horn a spodn sti.

    Spodn st

    Hlavn soust je pryov blok, kter zajiuje spojen s kluznou teflonovou plochou a souasn umouje poddajnost uloen k vyrovnn montnch nepesnost a zajiuje elektricky nevodiv oddlen.

    MACT 4

    Spodn st je tvoena pryovm blokem s teflonovou kluznou plochou. V ppad poteby je na spodn stran pryovho bloku pipevnna podlon ocelov deska.

    MACT 5

    U tohoto typu jsou teflonovou vrstvou opateny i funkn bon stny pryovho bloku, kter je doplnn ocelovou podlokou.

    Horn st

    Je tvoena zrcadlov letnou vrstvou antikoroznho materilu a zkladovm ocelovm plechem.
