Suffolk Wildlife Trust touches so many aspects of the county’s life; it is not justabout a few special places. We involve people in every aspect of our work, through enthusing young people about their natural environment and encouraging everyone to create opportunities for wildlife wherever they live.

This is only possible thanks to our supporters whose donations directly fund our work. The more members we have, the more we can do for Suffolk’s wildlife, landscape and people.

If your business wants to help local wildlife, invest in the local community and contribute to a healthier environment, you will benefit from a relationship with us.

A note from our Chief ExecutiveWith a commitment to nature that is shared by over 1,300 volunteers and 28,000 members, Suffolk Wildlife Trust is the county’s largest wildlife charity. We have led local nature conservation efforts in Suffolk for five decades and saved some of the county’s most important wildlife sites as nature reserves.

Julian RoughtonCEO Suffolk Wildlife Trust

Here are just three of the successes our corporate members have supported in the last decade:

More land for wildlife – we have added 2,500 acres of habitat to our network of nature reserves and have spent over £4 million buying land for wildlife

More wildlife learning – nearly one third of Suffolk’s primary school children learn about wildlife with our education team every year

More hedgerows for dormice – after years of isoation 5km ofnewly planted hedgrows are helping reconnect Suffolk’s remaining dormouse popultations.

The Wildlife Trusts play a very important part in protecting our natural heritage I would encourage anyone who cares about wildlife to join them

Sir David Attenborough

Suffolk Wildlife Trust has worked with us to raise awareness of local wildlife issues by providing talks and information to our members. This forms an important part of how we support our local community and environment.

At Muntons we care about our environment and the work Suffolk Wildlife Trust carries out with local farmers dovetails nicely into our sustainability strategy.

Suffolk Wildlife Trust is an old friend of ours. We gain a great deal from working with the Trust on their projects, particularly helping as part of an educational programme. It has helped the team feel more connected to our local community.
