Shopping and entertainment center is planned as a social

and cultural center of the district.

Target audience of the project – families with average income.

In order to become a valuable recreation place for families of

our city the shopping center will host the biggest children's

entertainment area – “Fantasy City” with a total area of 2000

sq.m.

In addition, to meet the needs of target audience the center will

also include:

Fitness center “Fizkult”

Shop of children's clothing and toys “Daughters – Sons”

as well as a food court.
