• Teilnahmequote in Deutschland ist noch zu niedrig
• Ein Angebot existiert lediglich für Frauen zwischen 50 - 70

zusätzliche Tomosynthese: o 27% höhere Krebsentdeckungsrate (p = 0,001) o 40% mehr invasive Karzinome (p < 0,001) o 15% niedrigere falsch positive Rate

Ergebnisse (7500 Frauen) • Hohe Detektionsrate mit ausschließlich Tomosynthese (+43 % 67 vs 47 CA) • Erhöhte Recall Rate mit Tomosynthese vs Mammographie (3,8% vs. 2,6%) • Es zeigt sich ein Trend, dass mittels Tomosynthese kleinere Tumore entdeckt werden können

die Akquisition: reproduzierbar und standardisierbar o Kann unmittelbar nach der Mammographie durchgeführt und
später befundet werden o 3D erlaubt die Korrelation mit der Mammographie und MRT
