本風景區位在高雄市與屏東縣交界

處，佔地遼闊，橫跨高雄市桃源區、六

龜區、茂林區及屏東縣三地門鄉、霧台

鄉、瑪家鄉等六個鄉區之部分行政區域，

地形呈南北狹長，地勢東高西低，山巒

起伏連綿，形成秀麗的山岳景觀。

區內荖濃溪、濁口溪、隘寮溪三大

溪流穿流而過，雕琢出曲流、瀑布、縱

谷及環流丘等豐富自然景觀。如龍頭山、

蛇頭山等特殊而珍貴的高峻環流丘；矗

立於荖濃溪畔的十八羅漢山，經雨水長

期沖刷，形成遠觀如火焰般的特殊山峰，

景色秀麗，有「小桂林」之稱。

本風景區有布農族、拉阿魯哇

族、魯凱族及排灣族。每年 3月的「南

島族群婚禮」及 8月的「原鄉豐年

祭」，族人全體動員參與盛會，是本

區極具特色的觀光活動。

「南島族群婚禮」以傳統婚禮為

主軸，包含求婚、下聘、抬轎、盪鞦

韆等儀式，是難得一見的特殊婚禮；

「原鄉豐年祭」則是族人辛勤耕作一

整年收成後的重大祭祀活動，透過祭

典感謝祖靈眷顧，祈求來年豐收。

活動期間亦提供套裝遊程，供一

般民眾深入當地其他部落景點，感受

不同族群的文化特色與生活習性。如

特有的石板屋建築、精緻工藝、在地

美食、傳統祭典等，都充滿著濃濃部

本風景區因良好的氣候

條件與自然環境，擁有豐富之

生態資源，轄區內的「紫蝶幽谷」更

被國際旅遊美食聖經《米其林綠色

指南》推薦為三星級必遊景點。每年

11月至隔年 3月，大批紫斑蝶自北方

遷徙至茂林紫蝶幽谷棲息越冬，成群

嬌客尋相同路徑朝茂林湧進，盛況為

之壯觀，每年總吸引大批遊客前往觀

賞，堪稱世界奇景。

茂林珍貴的生態景觀不只如此，

熱愛賞鳥的人士，可在此發現臺灣藍

鵲、紫嘯鶇、鉛色水鶇、白耳畫眉等

本風景區群山環繞，形成高低起

伏之地形，並有多處清流、瀑布、峽

谷，美景渾然天成，因此茂管處依區

內各景點特性，發展出許多戶外休閒

活動。

加上近年來單車風潮盛行，區內

也規劃出多條完善自行車道，不管是

挑戰級的單車好手，還是親子級的全

家同樂，這裡通通都有。在綠意盎然

的自然好風光中，享受悠遊追風的快

意，好心情油然而生。

該是享用美食補充體力的時刻了，本

區擁有許多在地美食，來到這裡可千

萬別錯過。布魯谷、阿拜、奇拿富等，

這些聽起來名字奇怪的食物，可都是

道道美食佳餚呢！一定要親自品嚐才

能體會其中絕妙滋味。

此外，本區得天獨厚的自然條

件，也成為孕育農特產的最佳溫床，

不用過多調味料，食物本身即鮮甜可

口，如黑鑽石蓮霧、梅子、芒果、百

香果、紅肉李、愛玉，還有營養價值

高的小米與猴頭菇等，依時節輪番上

陣，都有不同新享受。

本風景區幅員遼闊，地形為南

北狹長型之群山連綿起伏，加上三大

溪流潺潺而過，形成山川壯麗之絕美

景觀，獨特的自然生態資源不但孕育

出特殊的部落文化及風土民情，更集

中、西信仰宗教建築於一區，讓身心

靈同時接受輕拂洗滌。

坐落於霧台鄉神山部落的耶穌

聖心堂，教堂內部的人型座椅，是由

當地居民共同雕刻完成的特殊造型椅

子，充滿活潑童趣的原民風采；同樣

位於霧台的基督長老教會，以魯凱族

的團結精神為中心思想設計，由大塊

石磚堆砌建造而成，粗曠而磅礡氣勢

與神聖教堂形成強烈對比，是難能可

貴的石板屋教堂。

除了西方信仰之外，位於臺 27

甲線旁的神威天台聖宮是一貫道道

區內因旺盛的河流下切作用，

形成多處峽谷地形，造就許多令人流

連忘返的瀑布景點，如涼山瀑布、大

津瀑布、神山瀑布等。這些多變的地

形地貌不僅豐富了本區獨特之觀光資

源，並且在南臺灣開啟一股旅遊新風

潮。

中、低海拔鳥種；沿著茂林多納林道

或霧台山區行走，還可發現大冠鷲、

黑鳶、臺灣松雀鷹、鳳頭蒼鷹等猛禽

展翅翱翔的英姿，是賞鷹的最佳觀賞

處。

此處哺乳類動物種類亦相當多，

如森林深處的赤腹松鼠、山豬、臺灣

獼猴等；或是穿梭於荖濃溪、隘寮溪、

濁口溪的高身魚固魚、臺灣馬口魚、臺

灣鏟頷魚等原始魚類生態；還有小朋

友最喜歡的甲蟲、鍬形蟲及螢火蟲。

這些豐富的生態奇觀，充分展現出茂

林的旺盛生命力。

熱愛爬山健身的朋友更是不能錯

過，區內整建多條不同等級與類別的

步道，有林間步道（百年登山古道、

浦來溪頭社戰道）、登山步道（美輪

山步道、茂林姿沙里沙里步道、勞吾

勞吾產步道）等。並依各步道特色，

設置入口標示、步道指標、棧道、解

說牌、涼亭、景觀臺等設施，讓遊客

可依需求作多元選擇。

如果您是冬天到茂林國家風景區

泡湯、賞蝶，那更是不能錯過「溫泉

養生餐」和「賞蝶風味餐」，餐廳業

者以當地食材，共同研發出多道創意

料理，提供遠道而來的旅人們，別具

風味的佳餚享受。

陽光的照射之下顯得更加光芒四射，

如同在起伏的山巒中鑲上了一顆寶石

般珍貴耀眼。

在彩蝶谷附近的諦願寺，主體建

築融合了傳統與創新的宮殿式設計，

莊嚴而宏偉；其屋簷梁柱的繽紛彩繪，

展現出獨特的藝術風格，在群山的環

繞下，漫步在寺廟寬闊的庭園中，依

山傍水的幽然景色頓時令人洗去一身

落風情，尤其在原住民的巧手下，各

類編織、雕刻等手工技藝，有著現代

與傳統交融的驚豔，創作出許多令人

眼睛為之一亮的作品。

This scenic area crosses Taoyuan area,

Liugui area, and Maolin area in Kaohsiung City

as well as Sandimen area, Wutai area, and

Majia area in Pingtung County.

With Laonong River, Zhuokou River, and

Ailiao River flowing through, this area has a

wide range of natural landscapes including

meanders, waterfalls, valleys, and meander

cores. For instance, visitors can find steep

Eighteen Arhats Mountain, also called as ‘Xiao

from north to Maolin's Purple Crow Butterfly

本風景区は高雄市桃源区・六亀区・茂林区、屏東県三地門郷・霧台郷・瑪家郷という六つの行政区域にまたがる。

区内を荖濃渓・濁口渓・隘寮渓が貫流し、複雑な地形を作り出している。龍頭山・蛇頭山など切り立った環流丘陵、「小桂林」と称される十八羅漢山、険しい峡谷、涼山の滝・大津の滝・神山の滝といった地形は長年の浸食によって形成された。

本区にはブヌン・拉阿魯すごい・ルカイ・パイワンといった先住民が居住する。毎年 3 月には「南島民族集団結婚式」、8 月には「先住民豊年祭」などが開催され、本区ならではの観光イベントとして人気が高い。

「南島民族集団結婚式」は伝統の習俗に則って求婚から嫁入りまでの儀式を披露する。なかでも新郎新婦によるブランコの風習は異彩を放つ。「豊年祭」は一年の勤労を癒し、祖先の恵み感謝し、豊作を祈る大切な祭事である。

本区には豊かな生態がある。11 月から 3 月にかけては、紫斑蝶が北方より大挙飛来し、茂林の谷で越冬する。その様子は壮観である。

またオオルリチョウ・カワビタキ・ミミジロチメドリなど中・低海拔地域の鳥種のほか、茂林多納林道や霧台近辺ではカンムリワシ・トビ・ミナミツミ・タイワンオ

本区は山に囲まれ、清流・滝・渓谷と起伏に富んだ地形に恵まれ、さまざまなアウトドアアクティビティが用意されている。

近年、夏季の「沢登り」が人気で多くの愛好家を集めている。またサイクリングブームに呼応して、多様なニーズにこたえる自転車道が整備されている。

本区の郷土の美食も見逃せない。布魯谷・阿拜・奇那富といったちょっと奇妙な名前の食物にも挑戦してみたい。

本区には独特の自然条件を生かした特産物も豊富だ。黒鑽石蓮霧（アップルフルーツ）・梅・マンゴー・パッションフルーツ・紅肉李・愛玉のほか、栄養価値の高いアワや猴頭菇なども季節に応じて登場する。

本風景区の範囲は広く、南北に細長く延々と山並みが続く。そのなかを三つの渓流が横切り、壮麗な景観を呈する。本区には中国あるいは西洋伝来の宗教建築が多く、心身共に洗われる清浄感がある。

霧台郷神山部落の耶穌聖心堂内部には人を模った椅子が並ぶ。いずれも当地の住民が共同して彫刻したもので、原住民の風采がよく発揮されている。原住民ルカイの固い絆を象徴するキリスト長老教会は大きく切り出した岩石を組み合わせたもので、荒々しい気勢と神聖なる礼拝所のイメージが対照をなす希少な石板屋の教会だ。

こうした多彩な地形は本区ならびに南台湾の大切な観光資源となっている。

オタカといったタカ類が観察できる。

さらにアカハラリス・イノシシ・台湾ザルといった哺乳動物のほか、高身鯝魚・台湾馬口魚・台湾鏟頷魚といった原始的な魚類、またカブトムシ・クワガタ・ホタルなどの虫類も豊富だ。

ハイキング愛好家には林間歩道（百年登山古道・浦來渓頭社戦道）、登山歩道（美輪山歩道・茂林姿沙里沙里歩道・労吾労吾産歩道）など、いろいろなレベルに対応する遊歩道が整備されている。

泉養生料理」「バタフライ風味料理」など当地の食材を生かした珍しい料理が開発されている。

一方、台 27 線に位置する一貫道道場神威天台山は瑠璃瓦よりなる金色の屋根が陽光に輝きを放ちつつ山間の宝石のごとく鎮座している。彩蝶谷そばの諦願寺は伝統と創新が融合した宮殿風の設計で、青山の中に独特の佇まいを見せている。茂林風景区を巡ると

Taoyuan is situated at the southern foot of Mt. Jade in the Central Mountains. The topography is mostly high, forested mountains,

with valleys and precipices. Due to its picturesque scenery, it is named ‘Taoyuan’.With plum trees all over the area, visitors are able

to enjoy the wonderful and gorgeous scenery during the plum blossom season every December. Local citizens make green plums and

plum enzyme without artificial additives by following experts’ instruction. Therefore, it is worth giving the plum-based products made

by local citizens a try.

In addition to the plum-based products, there is also a diversity of agricultural products produced in Taoyuan. For instance, the

peaches, plums, high mountain vegetables, Aiyu, wild tea, and coffee sold by Taoyuan District Industrial Workshop are well-known

products. Other than the local delicacies, there are a series of events held every year, such as Hla'alua's miatungusu in early March,

Bunun Ear-shooting Festival in April and May, and beautifully-sung Pasibutbut (Eight-part polyphony) from October to December.

Hla'alua tribe, used to be called Nantsou tribe, was also ratified as the 15th distinguishing aboriginal tribe in Taiwan in 2014, making

桃源區位於中央山脈玉山南麓，屬高海拔林地，因本區山明水秀之景觀猶如世外桃源，故以此為名。區內遍

植梅樹，每年 12 月梅花陸續綻放，遊客可於六龜寶來、不老溫泉區泡湯後順遊至此賞梅、品梅。在專家的指導下，

居民製作無人工添加的脆梅和梅精，因此來到本區遊玩，不妨品嚐一下當地居民用心釀製的天然梅製產品喔。

除了梅製品，桃源區出產豐富多樣的農產，在「桃源產業工坊」所展售水蜜桃、紅肉李、高山蔬菜、野生愛

玉、野生茶、藤枝咖啡都是來自各產銷班的新鮮成果。走進桃源區除了可以品嘗在地的好味道之外，每年 3月初

的聖貝祭典 (拉阿魯哇族 )以及 4、5 月盛大舉行布農族著名盛典射耳祭、10-11月天籟季活動的八部合音響徹雲霄，

都是當地相當精彩的重要盛典。原為南鄒族的拉阿魯哇族，於 2014 年 6月正式核定成為臺灣原住民族第 15族，

讓本區更增添多元、豐厚的原民人文風貌。另外充滿濃濃原住民風情的皮雕飾品、串珠編織、造形手環等原民傳

統手工藝品，也是本區獨具特色的文創商品和伴手禮喔 !

Situated between Gaoping Plain and highlands of the Central Mountain Range, Liugui district is full of enriched natural landscape resources and magnificent scenery. With the wonderful environment, there are also a number of temples with distinguishing features, offering visitors a perfect destination to relax their body, mind, and soul.

With the magnificent view embosomed with mountains and zigzagging Laonong Stream between the valleys, the orange roof and the white building of Miaotong Temple creates a solemn atmosphere reflected by the emerald green scenery. Situated at 7km of Tai 27 Provincial Highway, Miaotong Temple is the ideal place to overlook Laonong Stream. Erected around the mountains, this temple's Chinese-style ancient architecture is filled with strong atmosphere of Zen and has carefully-carved statues of Buddha on the walls of the temple, attracting many visitors to come here for a visit. Shenwei Taintaishan, a Yiguandao place on Tai 27Jia Provincial Highway, covers a huge land. The gold roof paved with gold-plated colored glaze shines like a jewel between the rolling hills under the sun.

After relaxing your body, mind, and soul, the tranquil environment of Liugui is also a must-not-miss destination for every visitor to get closer to the nature. Unique, Meandering Landscapes & Purple Butterflies

Entering Maolin through Tai 28 Provincial Highway along the Meinong and Xinwei, visitors

are able to see the purple double-cambered Xinwei Bridge from a distance. Spanning across

the Laonong Stream, the bridge looks like two purple butterflies resting on the stream, creating

a neat illusion of Maolin's Purple Crow Butterfly Valley. Moreover, with Zhuokou River flowing

through, this area has a wide range of natural backdrops, including lofty mountains, steep hills,

waterfalls, and valleys. All these geographic features allow Maolin to offer world-class natural

sceneries, such as the Purple Butterfly Valley and Dragon Head Mountain Meander.

Maolin district has always been the homeland of the Rukai tribe. Visitors are able to

find a variety of aboriginal crafts full of strong Rukai cultural influence here, such as stone

carvings, wood and leather sculptures, knitting and other embroidery. In order to foster

the transition from local industry to its development, Maolin district has recently been

striving to promote the 'Three Black Industries'. These three black industries refer to the

“Dwarf crows”,“Wanshan rock sculpture”, and“Tapakadrawane”.

Maolin district's magnificent scenery, culture, and delicious local delicacies are all

major points of interest for visitors.

遠便望見紫色雙拱造型的新威景觀大橋，宛如

兩隻紫斑蝶停棲在荖濃溪上，充份傳達茂林紫

蝶幽谷的鮮明意象。濁口溪貫穿其間，形成高山峻嶺、瀑布、峽谷等地形，讓茂林區擁有

紫蝶幽谷、龍頭山曲流、蛇頭山環流丘等世界級自然生態、地形景觀。

茂林區居民以魯凱族為主，蘊含魯凱文化的原民工藝品俯首皆是，石雕、木雕、皮雕、

編籃和刺繡，都是既實用又能表現傳統藝術之美的作品。近年來茂林區為了促進地方產業

轉型與發展，更致力於推動「三黑產業」來活絡觀光。

所謂三黑指的是「紫斑蝶」、「萬山岩雕」及「多納黑米」。每年 11月，最高可達

100萬隻以上成群的紫斑蝶如候鳥遷徙般南飛至茂林，盛況為之壯觀；同時，大家還可安

排一趟原民文化之旅，參加多納部落特有的黑米祭，活動包括勇士獵山豬、盪鞦韆、搗黑

三地門鄉是一個充滿藝術與人文的原住民聚落，以排灣族及魯凱族為主，有著濃濃

原住民風情，近年來更因電影「海角七號」，吸引許多朝聖影迷前往當地尋找琉璃珠的

故事。

來到三地門會發現四周布滿許多原住民圖騰，如最具代表性的排灣三寶：琉璃珠、

陶壺、青銅刀，以及象徵守護子民的祖靈化身百步蛇圖騰，都是鮮明的特色之一。另外

大家不妨到工藝步道尋寶，探訪隱身巷弄間的手工藝品店，挑選喜歡的作品，或是自己

DIY動手體驗，接著再找間餐廳好好享用一頓原鄉風味大餐，祭祭五臟六腑廟。

此外，這裡還是露營觀星的好地方，賽嘉樂園內林相優美、動植物生態

豐富、露營烤肉設施完善，不僅可體驗有趣的戶外野炊與生態觀察，入夜

後還有滿天燦爛星光陪伴進入夢鄉，相當適合全家出遊同樂。

Sandimen Township contains many indigenous tribes that have cultivated strong artistic and cultural legacies. With the Rukai and the Paiwan constituting a majority of the population, the place is bursting with the charm of the native people. Additionally, many people come here looking for glass beads in recent years after watching Cape No. 7.

There are indigenous icons everywhere in Sandimen. The most representative icon is the three treasures of Paiwan: glass beads, earthenware pots, and ritual knives. The Hundred Pace Snake, considered as a local symbol of ancestors safeguarding descendants, also appears in this area. Visitors are encouraged to visit shops along the handicraft trail to find other interesting craft products made by the local people.

Additionally, this is also the ideal place for camping and viewing the spectacular starry night skies. Saijia Recreational Area provides visitors a variety of camping and BBQ facilities. As such, visitors are able to not only experience cooking meals in the open air but also enjoy the rich natural scenes around them. The sparkling stars in the night sky makes it an ideal family vacation spot.

鄉，聚落依山而建，層層疊疊伴雲霧繚繞，尤其每年 2月更是霧台最美麗的季節，在清晨時分

霧氣尚未完全消散之際，被霧氣包圍的山櫻滿是詩意，一定要親自走訪才能體會霧裡看花的美

麗意境。

霧台鄉是魯凱族群部落之一，擁有豐富的魯凱文化和工藝，沿著蜿蜒的岩板巷，順著道路

兩旁的陶壺造型護欄引導前進，象徵魯凱精神的百步蛇圖騰隨處可見。此外，精緻的編織工藝、

石雕、木雕藝品等，件件都是珍貴的藝術創作。

部落中的魯凱族文物館收藏許多傳統文物，還有村民齊心協力建蓋的天主教耶穌聖心堂及

霧台基督長老教會教堂，它們不僅是當地信仰中心，更是建築藝術殿堂，深具參訪價值。此外，

這裡還有多家極具特色的民宿供遊客體驗原鄉山居生活，週末假期不妨安排一趟霧台之旅，眺

望山巒美景、鑑賞魯凱工藝、品嘗原民美食，聆聽當地熱情的原住民朋友細說部落神話故事。

由於霧台山區屬於林地管制區，上山的民眾須攜帶身份證，於三地門分駐所辦理乙種入山證，方可

進入。三德檢查所後禁行甲種車輛，乙種車輛僅可通行至霧台村。

Wutai Mountain Area is under protection by the forest-area supervision committee; Visitors are required to apply a mountain entry permit at Sandimen Police Station with their ID cards before they can enter the area. Type A bus is forbidden Entering Sande Police Sub-Station. And type B bus can only drive to Wutai.

．神山愛玉 Shenshan, AiyuBefore starting their journey, visitors must not miss the renowned Shenshan Aiyu when they arrive at Wutai. Wutai

Township is the highest township in Pingtung County. All the tribes here are built along the mountains with clouds and mist surrounded. Visitors must also experience flower-watching through the mist, breath-taking mountain cherry blossoms every February.

Wutai Township is full of enriched Rukai culture and aboriginal art. Ambling along the Yanban (Slate) Lane, tourists are able to see an icon of the Rukai people's spirit, the Hundred Pace Snake, lining the walls made out of pottery. There are plenty more evidence of precious handicrafts and skills passed down, including knitting, stone carving, and wood sculptures.

Visitors can make a detour to Rukai Museum for a closer inspection of a variety of traditional relics. Sacred Heart of Jesus and Wutai Presbyterian Church are also worth-visiting not only for their importance as the spiritual centers of local religions, but also for their artistic design.

．小米 Millet Majia Township is the "MajiaZayaZaya" of the West Paiwan Tribe. In Paiwan language, the expression means 'inclined

slope', hinting that the tribe lives on the steep slope found near rivers. Majia Township, of course, also has beautiful

enriched natural sceneries and waterfalls to offer. The most representative spots are the Taiwan Indigenous People

Culture Park and the Liangshan Waterfall.

There is another tribe located not too far from the Taiwan Indigenous People Culture Park, the 'Rinari Tribal Village',

which has strong European influences. This tribe was developed after the devastating typhoon, Morakot, hit Taiwan in

2009. Typhoon Morakot damaged Wutai Township, Majia Township, and Sandimen Township severely in southern Taiwan.

Residents, evacuated from Hao Cha Village of Wutai Township, Dashe Village of Sandimen Township, and Majia Village

of Majia Township, settled here at the Rinari.

Though the place is designed as a shelter for residents who lost their houses after the storm, the aboriginal people

gave this refuge another look by designing sculptures and applying paints to refurnish their new homeland. As a result

of the hard work put into the renovation, this place has become a brand new tribal area renowned for its artistic qualities

and aesthetic sense.

．禮納里部落 Rinari Tribal Village

．瑪家遊客中心－藝術牆 Majia Visitor Center -Art Wall

瑪家鄉是西排灣族「瑪家雜牙雜牙」社居住地，排灣語「瑪家雜牙雜牙」是指傾斜的山坡地，意旨

部落居住在溪流坡地上。鄉內自然景色優美，瀑布資源豐富，以臺灣原住民族文化園區、涼山瀑布等旅

遊景點最具特色。

涼山瀑布共分為三層，隱身於山林步道間，沿途綠意盎然、空氣清新，是都會人享受天然森林芬多

精浴的戶外好去處；臺灣原住民族文化園區內展示有臺灣 16族的傳統建築、服飾、工藝等生活型態，是

國內規模最大、最具研究價值的戶外博物館。

距離臺灣原住民族文化園區不遠處，還有一處富有濃濃歐風的聚落「禮納里部落」值得參訪。禮納

里 (Rinari)在排灣族語中，意指「我們一起走，大家一起往那兒去的地方」，此部落源起於民國 98年莫

拉克風災後的美麗聚首，當時南臺灣的霧台鄉、瑪家鄉和三地門鄉因風災受創嚴重，而被迫遷離家園的

霧台鄉好茶村、三地門鄉大社村及瑪家鄉的瑪家村民，則被安置在此，並以此塊基地的排灣名稱命名。

雖然此處原為風災後的庇護永久屋，但遷居於此的原住民朋友們以雕刻和彩繪妝點家園，使新聚落

呈現出豐富面貌，目前已成為遊客爭相走訪的新興藝術部落。
