The title of this unit is HANDLING THE PHONE IN THE BANK.

Nowadays, you can use the Internet to do some banking on your computer.Listen to this phone conversation in which I am asking for some informationabout on line banking.

Matthew: I would like some information about on line banking services offeredat by your bank.

Matthew: How do I sign up?

Teller: You need an e-mail account. Once you have an e-mail account you haveto register on the bank's website. You will need a user name and a password.Don’t forget to use a password difficult to guess for other people. For example,don’t use your date of birth or your phone number.
