CCTV Installation

• Dedicated maintenance and installation team

• Standard protocol, remote access

• 31 more systems planned for 2014

Schools Charter

• Piloted at Knutsford, now have 8 schools signed

up

• Tackling anti-social behaviour and ticketless

travel

Stay Safe Training Deployment

• Initial priority was conductors

− Managers also trained

• Managers coach staff after assaults

– Four year falling trend for physical

– Almost half the 2009 level

– 31% better than target

• Notifiable crime down 55% since start of

franchise

• Non-notifiable crime down 57% in same

period
