    Salary, Allowances & Entitlements

    The salary includes Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Uniform Maintenance Allowance, CEA, SpecialAllowance, LTA & Medical. Only LTA is an annual component

    Medical has to be claimed against bills. In case not claimed, it shall be paid to you after deducting tax

    ATR is exclusive of components like canteen facility, uniform cost, hospitalization benefit

    Field Allowances Only for people posted in field 6% to 10% of the ATR, depending upon the city

    where you are posted

    Performance pay is paid bi annually to employees

    During Diwali each year as a token amount

    At the end of each financial year, based on performance appraisal

    Performance pay is not paid to below average performers

    Shifting allowance paid by company as a one time expense- Packing:

    L- 01 to 07: Rs. 5000/-;

    Asup to L-10(S): Rs. 6500/ -;

    GETs & above: Rs. 9000/-

    - Loading Unloading: Actuals up to max of Rs 2500/-

    - Transit insurance: Actuals up to max of Rs. 3200/-

    Cost of transportation of personal effects

    - L-11 & above including GETs 12000 Kgs- L-08 to L-10 / Asup 6000 Kgs

    - L-01 to L-07 3000 Kgs

    In case transporting household goods by any mode of transport, freight charges ltd. to theamount arrived for the above no. of KGs as per tariff by Goods train.

    If employee & family travels by road, road mileage rates ltd to air / train fare by the

    shortest route, as per entitlement. Transportation of conveyance: Actual ltd. to the cost of transportation of a motorcar /

    motorcycle / scooter by passenger train shall be payable in addition to transportation ofpersonal effects

    Company Accommodation for outstation employees during orientation Boarding, lodging& breakfast. All other expenses including food & beverages shall not be reimbursed.

    TA & DA etc shall be reimbursed for self, spouse & dependent children.

    Dependent parent: In case monthly income doesnt exceed Rs. 2197/- & also residing withthe candidate
