IC Parish Center. If you would like to help with the car show, please come to the meeting.

Car Show We are having a car and motorcycle show on Sunday, June 24th at Nativity. We will be inviting people to drive their classic

and/or sporty cars and bikes to the 11 am Mass and then stay for a show. The Knights will be serving hamburgers and/or hot

dogs. Plus we will have a food truck or two present. We will also be blessing the cars and motorcycles at 1 pm. I you or a

friend or family member have a classic car (new or old), please bring it or get someone to bring it. The first 50 cars will re-

ceive a free dash plaque. Going Away Party for Fr. Paul and Fr. Brad and Retirement of Deacon Ron and My 20th Anniversary as a Priest

We will be having a combined celebration on Sunday, July 8th at noon at the Nativity Parish Center. This party will be the

Citizen’s Police Academy This week at the Citizen’s Academy we graduated. I received a certificate of graduation, a shirt and a DVD of the

training. The course is now complete, and it was a great course to take. I learned a lot about law enforcement. It is a very

hard job with a lot of dangers and many skills are needed. We have an excellent police force here in Sioux City. Please pray

for all law enforcement as they need God’s protection and our prayers.

Senior Luncheon – Due to cleaning in the Im-

maculate Conception Parish Center and other

summer activities, we will not be holding Senior

Luncheons during the summer months of June, July and Au-

gust. We will resume the luncheons on Friday, September

14th. We would once again like to thanks all those who

attended the lunches, donated food, and help set up and

cleanup after the luncheons. See you in the fall!!

These ladies have generously offered their time and talent

be ready to say “yes”.
