Pho Noi Textile and Garment Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company has been in-

corporated since 2002 by outstanding local Shareholders – Vietnam National Textile & Gar-

ment Group and Asia Commercial Bank. Our mission is to build functional Industrial Parks

for our clients in various industries such as: Textile, Mechanics, Electronics, etc. Our products,

services and policies must be designed and delivered to our clients with turn-key and cost

effective solutions, which will secure our main objectives - the successes of our Clients and

sustainable development and reasonable profitability for the Shareholders.

The first phase of 25.17 hectares has been completed and fully occupied by eleven operational enterprises. Most of them are famous Textile and Dyeing companies such as Coats from United Kingdom, Hung Yen Knitting and Dyeing Compa-ny from Italy, Hanosimex and some other outstanding local companies. The operational companies are performing effectively and some of them have planned to extend their production in our Park.

The second phase of 96.64 hectares was started in 2009.The infrastructure has been under construction and almost completed. Water supply and wastewater treatment for the factories operating in phase II will be handled by water supply plant (capacity-17,000 m3/day) and wastewater treatment plant (capacity-12,000 m3/day) which was built in Phase I. To ensure the stability of human resources for our Park, we have allocated 6.56 hectares for dormitory which can accommodate about 10,000 workers.

Pho Noi B Textile and Garment Industrial Park is located in an extremely favorable place which is between Highway No 5 and Highway No 39, connecting major economic centers in the North, 10 km from Hanoi’s boundary, 40 km from Noi Bai International Airport, 15 km from Lac Dao station ( Hung Yen ), 73 km from Haiphong Port, 90 km from Cai Lan Port, near Hung Yen customs station on Highway No 5. This location is convenient for trade, shipping goods to regions and areas throughout the country as well as attracting labor source from neighboring provinces.
