The list includes transit, roads, safety, pedestrian, bike improvements and technology updates. On July 31, 2012, residents will decide whether or not to approve a penny sales tax to support these projects.  A Citizens Review Panel will provide oversight on the progress of each project, and annual audits will be conducted to help ensure that projects are being done on time and on budget.
