Notices to visitors

Services that are suspended until further notice:• Hall, Studio, Café and B1F gallery

• Extended opening hours on certain days of the week

• Gallery Talks, Workshops organized and hosted by the museum

• Discounts such as Silver Day and Family Day that attract crowds

• Group visits

• Library by appointment only

• Hand dryers in restrooms and water coolers in the museum

Requests to visitors:• Temperatures will be taken at the entrance to the museum.

Visitors who are found to have a fever of 37.5°C or higher will be refused entry.

• Please practice good etiquette by wearing a mask, avoiding coughing near others,

and washing and disinfecting your hands. Visitors without masks will kindly be

refused entry.

• Please follow to keep Social Distancing inside the museum.

Measures taken by TOP MUSEUM to prevent the spread of infection:• Sta� members conduct daily temperature checks and confirm that they are

in good health.

• All sta� members wear masks, faceguards, and gloves as necessaries.

• Acrylic panels installed at the reception counters and so on.

• Disinfectant placed at the entrance to the museum.

• Thorough cleaning, disinfection, and ventilation inside the building.

• Restriction of the number of 70 visitors in order to prevent overcrowding.

• Rearrangement of seats in lobbies and other areas to keep Social Distancing.

• Elevator capacity is 4, people with disabilities, elderly people,

and pregnant are given priority.

• Coordination with the public health center if visitors or sta� members develop

symptoms.
