ReservationsTo make your reservation at Melo Spa please call +852 3723 7684 or dial extension 7684 from within the hotel; a valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Pre-arrivalPlease arrive 45 minutes prior to appointment if you would like to take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time as our therapists will need to be on time for the next session.

ClothingYou will be provided with a robe, slippers and towels during your treatment. Undergarments must be worn.

CommunicationPlease communicate with your therapist to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your needs.

Health considerationFor your comfort, please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or if you are pregnant or nursing.

Spa policyWe respectfully ask that you leave cell phones turned o� so that the tranquility of your Melo experience could be preserved. Please leave all valuables at home or in your room safe, as Melo Spa will not be held responsible for loss of personal items.

CancellationCancellations and changes of scheduled treatments are accepted up to eight hours prior to appointment time without incurring a charge. For cancellations less than eight hours, full price will be charged.

Gift certificatesGift certificates are available for purchase and may be used for all Melo Spa treatments. Please contact spa concierge.

Age limitationChildren under age 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities. However, children aged 5 to 15 are invited to enjoy Melo kids treatments when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
