RESOLUTION 1: Considered and approved.

2. , TO ENGAGE TWO MISTRI AND FOUR BELDAR:

To consider the matter for engaging Two Mistri and Four beldars for Maintenance & Repair work of Cantonment Fund Property for the year 2018-19 in Civil area and Cantonment Board Office, Ajmer Cantonment and purchase of store i.e. Cement, Bajri, Concrete, Bricks, stone etc. and payment to Mistri and beldars.

RESOLUTION 2 : Considered and approved. Two Mistri and four beldars be hired on minimum wages basis for next five months for repair and maintenance work in different wards. Further in this respect CEO is authorized to purchase the store i.e. cement, bajri, bricks, color painting etc. and payment to Mistri and beldars. Junior Engineer should maintain a detailed register of muster roll of above wage laborers. Further maintain the detail of work executed in different wards should also be maintained to ensure transparency is maintenance and repairs in different wards.

3. TERM CONTRACT FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WORKS OF RE­CARPETING OF BITUMIN ROADS AND C.C. PAVEMENT FOR THE YEAR

·2018-19:

Reference advertisement via e-procurement system for aforesaid work in Civil area paltan bazar, Ajmer, published in two local news papers vide this office letter No. III/15/CAC/2017-18/43 dated 01.06.2018. Thereafter corrigendum was issued vide this office letter No. III/15/CAC/2018-19/57 dated 23.06.2018 for amendment in terms- conditions and for extension of time period for bid submission, but no bid has been received. Thereafter advertisement for Re­Tender via e-procurement system published in two local news papers vide this office letter No. III/15/CAC/2018-19/79-80 dated 13.07.2018 but no bid has been received. Again advertisement for second time Re-Tender via e-procurement system published in two local news papers vide this office letter No. III/15/CAC/2018-19/104-105 dated 08.08.2018.

Following one bid was received after technical evaluation and opening of financial bid:-

RESOLUTION 3 : Considered in detail and Board resolved that a single Bid accepted in public interest as per Rule 173 (xx) of General Financial Rules, 2017. Further the rates quoted by M/s. LNA Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd., Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur (Raj.) were higher than market variation, but negotiation was done by the Board as per rule 173 (xiv) of General Financial Rules, 2017, wherein the firm agreed to work at 34.85% Above MES SSR, 2010 and therefore found reasonable with reference to above market variation. Therefore above bid is approved in pubic interest.

4; 'TERM CONTRACT FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WORKS OF VARIOUS DRAINS IN CIVIL AREA PALTAN BAZAR, AJMER FOR THE YEAR 2018-19:

2. To consider extension of the time period for supply of Manpower of Mis. Akhlakh Ahmed, 523/3, Jabran Colony, Nagda (M.P.)

RESOLUTION 5: Considered and approved. Board resolved that extension is granted till the new tender floated for men power supply is finalized and approved by the Board.

6. DISASTER RELIEF IN KERALA - CONTRIBUTION OF ,DEFENCE ESTATES DEPARTMENT.

Reference PD, DE, SC, Pune letter No. 367/NDRF/DE, dated 27 August, 2018 for Disaster relief in Kerala - Contribution of Defence Estates Department for contribute minimum one days' salary for Disaster relief in Kerala.

Relevant file is placed on the table.

RESOLUTION 6 : Considered and resolved that employees of the Board should take a lead in above noble cause and contribute at least one day salary. Same be deducted from employees salary bill of this month.
