Sub: Deployment of manpower post VRS on outsourcing basis. Because of reduced number of TTs/ATTs post VRS, outsourcing of man power in various network operations including watch and ward, housekeeping etc. is required keeping in mind the best utilization of existing staff post VRS. Till final restructuring/business processing norms are issued by Corporate Office, in order to maintain the functioning of existing network, approval of competent authority is hereby conveyed for outsourcing of man power on temporary basis as per the detailed enclosed as Annexure-I herewith. The deployment of said man power shall be through EOI purely on temporary basis till 30.4.2020 or till the finaliasation of outsourcing tender of CFA The said man power shall be reviewed periodically depending upon the finalization of tender for various operations in due course of time. While incurring the expenditure for these activities the availability of the budget should be kept in mind. This is issued with the approval of competent authority. ~~~7J)~' (~\ Oy.
