SA Rivas has been a Special Agent since 1997.

Based on the reporting of the meeting of the hijackers and Bayoumi at the Mediterranean

Restaurant, SA Rivas obtained information on the ownership of the restaurant.

ACS did not hit on the names of the previous subscribers to utilities at the restaurant

location.

LA JTTF confirmed t~~d Iwas among the five individuals who, post-9111, received

letters from the K~~g'Fahad Mosque that they were no longer welcome at KFM .

student visa. He is associated with Murad Murad, and traveled with him to Phoenix and

met with al-Thukair. The Phoenix group has also traveled to California.
