Details of Occupations Oct.2015 – to date Orascom Construction (OC).

Project: ERC, Egyptian Refinery Company Mostrod Project. Contractor: GS Engineering & Construction. Owner: ERC. Engineer: Worley Parsons. Position: Piping Engineer& Steel Structure Engineer. Duties Included: As Piping Engineer: 1) Reviewing the drawing supplied and checking P&ID drawing for assuring its

possibility and correctness according to the site condition. 2) Checking the matching of the mechanical drawings with the piping drawings. 3) Study the problems that fact the erection and find solution with the technical

office. 4) Responsible for preparing and planning for the hydro/pneumatic test packs

and associated documents for timely completion of the work. 5) Periodic reporting of the test progress. 6) Identifying project material short falls and taking necessary corrective action

to ensure completion of the test and reinstatement as per plan. 7) Originating notifications for test and calibration. 8) Leading test crew to execute the testing, piping flushing/blowing, piping

retro-jetting/cleaning, piping drying & preservation, and piping reinstatement.

Project: ASSUIT Combined Power Plant PROJECT 8X125 MW EGYPT Owner: Ministry of Electric. Engineer: GE (General Electric). Position: Mechanical Site Engineer & Material Control Engineer. Duties Included: As Mechanical Site Engineer: 1) Erection of three exhausts system of gas turbine. 2) Erection of FOTP (fuel oil treatment plant). 3) Drawings study, checking material availability. 4) Determining manpower & equipment. 5) Planning daily & weekly site construction activities. 6) Supervision of mechanical construction works. 7) Solving technical issues.

8) Ensure all works are going according to the determined time schedule. 9) Contacting with GE engineer to hand over the job done according to

drawings. As Material Control Engineer: 1) Study the drawing to extract the material and study the schedule of the

Execution of the project and the schedule of issuing the material. 2) Receiving imported & local material, equipment and steel structure

fabrication. 3) Make full inspection for all of the material & equipment to and make MIR

(Material Inventory Report) and OSD (over, shortage and damage) report. 4) Make logs for the material display the case of the material (received, issued)

to manage the process of issue. 5) Make Material Handing over Report to issue these materials and all

equipment to the site to erection work. 6) Contacting with the supplier of the material for clarification in case of any

design conflicts are noted in material drawings to avoid any delay in the process of the Execution.

7) Make COR (certificate of receipt) to check and revise with the Owner and take Confirmation for the invoices to issue the Dues.

Sep.2013 – Mars. 2015 Orascom Construction (OC).

Project: MARS EGYPT Site Development Project (SDP) Owner: MARS EGYPT. Engineer: Engineering Consultants Group (ECG). Position: Technical Office Engineer. Duties Included: 1) Study of design drawings received from Engineer for the issuance of shop

drawings. 2) Contacting Engineer for clarification in case of any design conflicts are noted. 3) Making shop drawing for all Mechanical System (plumbing, firefighting,

HVAC) and the Electrical systems. 4) Identifying the materials required, calculating the quantities required, and

checking the availability of materials at the vendors approved by Employer. 5) Coordinating with other disciplines and with site engineers to find better

engineering solutions and avoid any conflicts during construction. 6) Surveying the approved IRs (Inspection Request) for present the quantity in

the Invoices. 7) Issuance of As-built drawings for Employer after Engineer review of

installed/constructed systems and approval. Sep.2012 – Sep. 2013 El Mohandas factory for tiles production

Owner: El Mohandas Company for construction. Position: Maintenance Mechanical Engineer.

Duties Included: 1) Working as maintenance mechanical engineer in El Mohandas factory for

Tiles Production and became the supervisor engineer. 2) Responsible for the hydraulic systems to all the machines. 3) Working as a site engineer to create a screening plant grain factory and in

installation and Operation of the machines inside the factory.
