CPG（Clinical Practice Guidelines） Review

日本および世界中で公開されている診療ガイドラインの比較解説と紹介

・ ある１つの疾患や臨床課題に対して複数のガイドラインが作られている場合があります

日本と海外、日本に複数（旧版と改訂版）など

↓

・ 関係するCPGを対象とし、主としてその推奨内容の比較に主眼をおいたレビューを作成し、Mindsにおいて公開

CPG Reviewの内容(1)

1. レビュー対象としたCPGを、国内・海外に分けて一覧表示。

1）日本の主要CPGの一覧

2）世界の主要CPGの一覧

2. 各CPGでの優劣をつける評価ではなく、推奨内容を比較し、その相違（または共通性）、背景について記述する。

比較の例：

1）国内と海外のCPG間での相違（または共通性）とその理由

2）初版と第二版、さらには第三版など、作成年の異なるCPGで の相違（または共通性）とその理由

3. CPG推奨内容を比較する場合の注目点としては、たとえば、

以下に例示するような、特徴的な点に話題を絞って執筆することも考えられます。

1）現時点で、いまだcontroversialな点についての比較

2）Standard とされている診療方法の比較

3）現在の診療で特に注目されている点

4.今後の展望

1）疾患領域のCPG作成者から見た、ランダム化比較試験などの実施が期待される研究テーマについて

2）日本のCPGの特徴と未来像（改訂版作成における課題などを含めて）

Guideline International Network (G-I-N) は、診療ガイドラインを中心とした医療情報を提供する世界中の組織、個人が集まる国際組織であり、Mindsはその組織メンバーとして活動しております。

まとめ

1. Cochrane review abstractの日本語訳は、Mind上のCPGに関係したものがなされ、 Cochrane review abstract全体からみると約30％(1,244/4,400)に相当

2. 2008年9月にMinds websiteのlog-in が不要になった後、約25倍のアクセスの増加。Google検索などでも上位に出現。

3. CPG ReviewはCPGのユーザーのみならず、CPG作成者にも有用な情報と考えられる。現在は Minds web上のみでの提供。

4. 国際的な活動として、 Guideline International Network (G-I-N) 組織メンバーとして活動している
