마로니에여름축제 MARRONNIER Summer Festival

도심 속 여름휴가를 표방하는 마로니에 여름축제는 공연, 캠핑, 북토크쇼, 벼룩시장, DIY프로그램, 푸드워크숍

등 다양한 프로그램으로 구성, 여름의 정점을 찍는 축제

Funded by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. Initially started its 1st

edition since 2001. Organized by Korea Performing Arts Center(KoreaPAC) since its 10th

edition in 2010. The only representative festival in Korea that presents contemporary

theatre, dance, multidisciplinary arts of global standards.

Representative summer festival in Daehakro (street of culture in Seoul) seeking to provide

citizens with a special urban vacance every summer.

Held every summer for 2 weeks of period at the Marronnier Park and Daehakro Arts

Theater.

모든 국민이 생애주기별로 참여할 수 있는 교육프로그램을 통해 예술의 소비자가 아닌

생산자로서의 국민 문화권 신장에 이바지하고 새로운 극장 교육의 모델을 제시한다.
