word DISCIPLINA which means "to instruct".Discipline is best defined as "the art of learning
certain behaviours"-to get what we can of our desires while interacting and respecting the desires of others….
In general discipline refers to systematic instruction to a person to follow a particular code of conduct
TYPES OF DISCIPLINE
Self controlled discipline : This is the ideal situation where the employees
themselves are motivated enough to regulate their actions like time management, priority setting etc.
Enforced discipline : It is a managerial action enforces employee compliance with organization’s rules and regulations.
