* Human Rights is ready to review and accept articles in all subjects related to humanrights academic research.* Principles of transparency, rights of writers and readers, ethical codes of authors,reviewers, editors, editorial board and office of journal are fully reflected in thewebsite. Human Rights considers itself and its associates, as well as all authors,obligated to comply with these principles and regulations. These rules have mostlybeen codification in accordance with the principles of the Committee on PublicationEthics (COPE) and the internal guidelines of the Human Rights.* Articles that Received only with the Following Conditions, Will be Considered:- Article must be a conclusion of its author’s studies. It is mandatory to observe all ethical principles

for writing.- e article and all of its components should not exceed 7500 words.- Articles must have these parts:

A) Persian and English abstract, up to 220 words.B) Key words in Persian and English, up to 5 words.C) Introduction, main idea, discusses, conclusion and also the references must be complete

and sound.D) If the article got accepted for publishing, list of references must be translated in English

by author.E) For submitting articles in some of the international indexing systems, by the request of office of

the journal, all authors are obligated to write a short article of their articles in 750 words.- Authors name, Academic grade, Postal Address, Email and phone numbers must be attached in a

separated file. In this file in addition to the authors information, these information must beincluded: Full title of the articles in Persian and English; authors name in Persian and English(Tag the Name of the author responsible for correspondence with a star); Scientific rank and thename of the corresponding institute of each of authors in Persian and English; Persian and Englishabstract of the article (Max. 220 words and totally corresponded to each other), Key words inPersian and English (Max. 5 words and totally corresponded to each other).

- The letter of commitment, on the basis of the sample, must be completed and uploaded on ourwebsite and signed by all authors and beneficiaries. When an article is submitted, it is necessary toscan and upload sheet of the letter of commitment.

- Articles which are sent to Human Rights, should not be published before in other national orinternational journals or as parts of books and collections.

- Use APA format for citation in direct references. (Baeney,1996:168)- In other citations type (except direct references), Please insert them to footnote with this structure:
