ACHIEVEMENTS

Creating the north east region which include (jubail/nariyah/hafer el baten)which yield annualy 9600000 litres of fresh dairy and 4800000of fresh juice and 420000 litres of fresh florida and 8900000 litres of uht products and 340000 litres of trading products which equal in value to (17600000 s.r)

Making rerouting increase the routes of jubail from 7 fresh routes to 10 freh routes & from 1 uht route to 2 uht routes and add 1 trading route and nariyah from 4 fresh routes to 7 fresh routes and adding 1 uht route and 1trading route and hafer el baten from 8 fresh routes to 12 fresh routes and add i uht route which leads to sales growth of 28% total region &decrease in the expiry from 13%to 9% in dairy and from 7% to 4 % in fresh juice.

Opening temporary credit cash sales in my region which lead to gain market share against the other competitors.

Applying pre seller program in k- account which lead to decrease in the expiry and increase of sales to this channel .

4. Review the sales report like (distribution reports/sales by customer/sales by sku / sales by sku by flavors') and make correction steps in cooperation with the customer's representative.

5. Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target of the territory and reviewing the progress versus the budget on weekly basis and make corrective actions.

6. Ensure that the performance of the customer representatives in the market is matching the company policies in terms of (visit sequences / integrity inside the coolers / steps of visit).
