2015 to 2016: BAKCELL LTD (Azerbaijan)
As a subject matter expert I was invited to join Bakcell IT department to provide advice on the
NGBSS functionality/Data Model (Huawei CBS5.5, CRM3.3, IPCC, Product Catalogue, UVC, EVC,
Mediation and Provisioning). Working with the Business in scoping and detailing the full
implementation requirements and mapping them to the present and future Bakcell Customer journey.
Business Analyst and Project Manager (February 2015 – February 2015)
Key Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for the business to resolve their queries:
o Customer Care – Resolving CRM and 360 degree view queries.
o Sales – Definition and implementation of new corporate model.
o Marketing – Building new innovative subscribers’ campaign scenarios.
o Finance – Mapping finance requirements and reports to new data model.
o Invoicing – Enhancing billing and introducing a debt collection process.

Leading role taken in the migration of 3.2 million subscribers from existing legacy (AMDOCS) separated billing platforms to converged Huawei BSS solution.
Working with core network to integrate new Data Traffic Management System (DTMS – PCEF, PCRF, DPI) with Huawei NGBSS and migrating data customers from GGSN to DTMS

lead through to contract signature/activation and continued cross and up-sell activities
