This reviewing committee finds the following violations by clear and convincing evidence:The Respondent's delinquent tax liabilities dating back to 1995, without any evidence ofhis

inability to meet his tax obligations, provides clear and convincing evidence ofconduct prejudicialto the administration of justice in violation ofRule 8.4(4) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.The Respondent's failure to file a timely response to this grievance complaintwith the StatewideGrievance Committee constitutes clear and convincing evidence ofviolations ofRule 8.1(2) of theRules of Professional Conduct and Practice Book 2-32(a)(I).

Accordingly, this reviewing committee directs the Disciplinary Counsel to file apresentment in the Superior Court against the Respondent.
