• The mul+lateral coopera+on of the Francophonie is done by OIF and the 4 specilised operators (AIMF, AUF, TV5 et Univ. Senghor)
• Strategic plan 2005-‐2014 : support educa+on, professionnel
dévelopment, Higher educa+on and research.
• Focus of OIF : quality of basic educa+on, teaching french in mul+ligual environment
