1 Introduction This document describes the functional enhancements of MSB Client Release 3.2.3.8

The new functions are described in detail in the current product documentation MSB Client .

2 New Functions

2.1 Camera supported for PC client

The camera component is also supported in the PC client if TWAIN drivers are available forthe camera.

2.2 Icons on buttonsWith the <icon:> tag, an additional image can be displayed on a BTN in a similar manner aswith the MSB App. As a result, the design of menu buttons, in particular, can be made moreattractive.

The tag has the following structure:<icon:SCREEN NAME ;SIZE ; ALIGNMENT >“.

SCREEN NAME:Use as with the tag <img:>

SIZE:Size of icon as percentage in relation to the height of the BTN (possible values: 1-

100) ALIGNMENT:

horizontal alignment of the icon on the BTN (possible values: L, C, R for Left, Center,Right)

SIZE and ALIGNMENT or just the ALIGNMENT can be omitted. The image is then alignedleft and scaled to 85% of the BTN height.

Icons can be used together with a background image on the button.

3 Device-Specific Changes

3.1 RFID for Psion Workabout Pro 3

The RFID connection for CAEN UHF is compatible with the Psion Workabout Pro 3.
