Our lesson today is about “ Seven old and new wonders of the world”

The world around us is amazing! It’ s beautiful and we have the opportunity to do

whatever we desire. We have got a lot of amazing wonders in our world: nature

wonders and man-made objects in the world that were made many centuries ago.

All of them have attracted people in every period of time.

- Have you ever thought about why did people choose only seven wonders?

�The original list of world wonders was created by tourists in Ancient Greece.

�They chose only 7 wonders to be on the list because the number 7 had special meaning for them.

�7 represented perfection and plenty.

-The list of seven wonders of the world has been changing throughout the

centuries. Both old and new wonders of the world are unique creations that got this

name owing to their magnificence and historical importance.

Öyrəndiklərini möhkəmləndirmək üçün şagirdlərə belə bir iş aparıram.

Hər bir şagirdə iki rəngli stiker (mavi və qırmızı) paylayıram. İzah edirəm ki,

onlarda olan mavi stiker “ köhnə möcüzələri” qırmızı stiker isə “yeni möcücələri”

ifadə edir. Onlar əvvəlcədən löhvədə asılmış möcücələrə aid şəkilləri stikerlərlə

müəyyən etməli ( köhnə və ya yeni olduğunu ) və onlar haqqında

bildiyi və öyrəndiyi məlumatları danışmalıdırlar.

Daha sonra şagirdlərə “Do you think these statments are True or False” adlı

vərəqləri paylayıram və onları cütlərə bölür, iş apararıram .
