During his long career, Many times juniors are not work according to him expectation. That time he likes team work and he explains the importance of work.

Sometimes in his career he might have faced his seniors are not supporting his expectations, at that time he make group of all juniors and discuss with seniors and clear all topics.

He is a principal. So the education is the best gift to society. He always contribute for his school, he doing his work without time limits.
