The following table is an alphabetical reference chart of the most commonly used English
phrasal verbs with following eplanations. !ou should remember that native spea"ers ofEnglish tend to use phrasal verbs in everyday conversation and generally reserve one#wordverbs $i.e. %investigate% instead of %loo" into%& for more formal occasions such as businessletters etc.
