Nantong HuaQin Textile is centrally located in Nantong City, Jiangsu, China, only two hours from Shanghai City.

HauQin was established in 1991 initially focusing on the domestic Asian market in the hotel and hospitality market selling multinational chains like Sheraton, Hilton and others.

The products sold into these markets include napery, table lines, aprons, stretch chair cover and table covers.

In 1996 HuaQin successfully started shipping internationally and expanded its products..

HuaQin is able to control quality through its extensive quality control

systems and strict guidelines.

The yarn is provided by a certified spinner and is randomly inspected for

any defects. The owned weaving operations encompass 48 air jet double

width looms providing quality and economic efficiency for the MJS spun

polyester.

In addition to these looms HQ also has 200 rapier looms for

cotton/polyester and 100% cotton fabric needs.

There are another 300 water jet looms to support additional needs

depending on the market and products.

Before initiating any production HuaQin with read the customer’s colors standard using Data Color technology to ensure the color readings are established. Bulk production will not begin until the sample yardage is read and a submit is approved by the customer. This standard will be maintained and checked against additional dye lots to ensure standardization.

Nantong Huaqin Textile’s certified yarn supplier provides the required and specified yarn necessary to produce the needed fabric. This yarn spinner produces about 320 metric tons each month.The yarn is then sent for warping and then on to weaving It is shipped in truckload quantities on pallets in shrinkage wrapped plastic to keep the yarn clean..

DYEING AND FINISHING PLANT

To ensure quality and standardization for all fabrics produced by Hua Qin they use the same dye and finishing plant

located in Nantong City within 30 minutes of the sewing factory. This modern plant handles upwards of 500 thousand meters of fabric each day. With this partnership Hua Qin is equipped to handle any additional requirements quickly.

Spun Polyester Apron

Hua Qin uses exacting production procedures to ensure that the aprons meet all necessary requirements for commercial laundering in the restaurant, food service and medical customers. The aprons styles offered include 4way Aprons, Bistro Arpons along with Bib Aprons with and without pockets. These are typically made with 12sx12s 100% MJS Spun polyester 6.4oz and 7.2oz heavy weight fabric. We also offer a 6.4 oz. apron using a 300d filament x12s spun fil

ament at 6.4oz in White and other colors.
