ITC INFOTECH LTD: March’2014 to till date

Working as a Micros Opera Implementation Specialist for ITC group of hotels around India. Supporting onsite end to end installation, data restore and testing of Opera. Also worked as a Backup Tech Lead for Micros Offshore TASC (Technology Application Service Centre) Team. Supported Opera PMS for North American Customers of international Hotel chains like IHG, Wyndham, Carlson, Red Lion and other Independent Hotels. Migrated Opera from lower version to higher version of more than 500 sites remotely and also provided the technical support for opera, Interfaces and Credit cards.
