About NCKU International Degree Programs


The scholarship has three categories:(1) Waivers of tuition, credit and on campus accommodation fees & allowance (maximum NTD$15,000 for Ph.D. students; maximum NTD$8,000 for the Master's student) granted. (2) Waivers of tuition, credit and on campus accommodation fees & assistantship (maximum NTD$15,000 for Ph.D. students;

maximum NTD$8,000 for the Master's student) with work as TA/RA/AA.(3) Waivers of tuition, credit and on campus accommodation fees.

Basic on-campus accommodations are provided and covered by the university.

Scholarships – for postgraduate students


The quota and grant are based on the proportion of the enrolled undergraduate international students of the year.

20% of the students could obtain a full tuition fund. 30% of the students could obtain a half tuition fund.

Buddy-Buddy Program” – Each foreign student is assigned with a local student buddy who will welcome the foreign student and help him/her to get used to the NCKU campus life.
