• Apr ‘05: SCOR approved concept ($250,000 FY ’05)

• July ‘05: Business Plan completed (Cambridge Systematics, Inc.)

• Nov ‘06: Pilot scans (2) completed(reports published as web documents; FHWA support +$75,000)

• Dec ‘07: Full program initiated (Arora and Associates, Inc.; 6-yr contract)

• 5 continuations approved through CY 2010 ($500,000/yr for scans, $2.5 million total + FHWA support, $224,000)

• Feb ’11: 9 scans completed (7 reports published), 6 in process, 6 programmed

• SCOR Approved March 2011: $500,000 FY2012
