i) Boiler, Fuel Handling & Ash Handling. ii) Operation of Boiler (Light Up, Hot Box Up,Soot Blowing etc.)
Operation & Maintenance of below mentioned Turbine & its Auxiliaries:i) 4 MW Turbine Double Extraction cum Condensing Including Condenserii) 3.2 MW Turbine back pressure turbineiii) 2 MW Turbine Single Extraction cum Back Pressure

Maintenance Order, Reservation, Indent, PR, PO etc.

materials. Supervise and control complete operational activities of plant as well as maintenance
activities. Maintain process parameters. Responsible for handling plant emergencies and safe and efficient working of boiler and
turbine auxiliary. To monitor and ensure continuous improvement of quality of the work. To maintain the stage wise inspections & Protocols. Safety Co-ordination and ensuring safe environment by adopting safety measures and creating
safety awareness among the workmen by giving PPE talks. Ensuring safe working conditions and safe working practices on site. Take independently responsibilities of shift. Planning & organizing preventive & predictive maintenance scheduler of equipments to
reduce the down time and increase operational reliability Co-ordination with clients, sub-contractors & suppliers.
Project Undertaken Major Project : In-depth Lifter -In this project we devised a mechanism used for designing a
machine for lifting and moving heavy objects by means of ropes or cables suspended from a movable arm to draw the objects fallen inside the deep vertical tunnel and narrow ditches by lifting machine principle.
Minor Project - Heat Exchanger -The project HEAT EXCHANGER provides the information about the principle and working of heat exchanger. LMTD is for design analysis and NTU is for performance analysis of the heat exchanger
