臺灣國樂團剛於去年過完 30歲生日，歷經三十

年的蛻變，樂團定位從「教育推廣」到「專業表

演」；表演形態也從專為純然「傳統樂器合奏」

到「多元表演形態」，並且隨著觀眾社群分眾，

節目規劃及舞臺呈現亦多方嘗試，特別是近兩

年，在閻惠昌老師的擘畫下，逐步以「用國樂訴

說臺灣的故事」、「在地取材、取才」、「以音樂連

結世界和臺灣」等理念，規劃建立臺灣國樂團

的品牌，並融合傳統與創新元素，連結在地人

民的人文情感。

因此今年樂團的樂季，每場音樂會的規劃都是

以尋找屬於臺灣故事的聲音為動念，以本土文化

發想創作，將這片土地上的原住民、人文風情、

在地文化以及兩岸三地音樂創作的結合，透過

閻惠昌指揮，經由樂團細膩獨特的詮釋，將臺灣

本土的溫潤精神及恢弘的國際視野演繹出來。

此外，今年更擴大各項人才培育深耕計畫，除繼

續積極培養臺灣青年國樂指揮，為臺灣國樂合

奏創造更多音樂作品詮釋者與領導者外；並持續

舉辦各類樂器「好聲音」系列，以挖掘臺灣各類

優秀演奏家；且推動特約團員培訓計畫、主題徵

曲活動等，全方位把指揮、演奏、作曲的優秀人

才薈萃成「國樂人才庫」，透過有計畫的推介、

展演合作，將臺灣的優秀人才拔擢出來，讓臺灣

國樂團成為臺灣國樂人才最大的養分提供平臺。

今年年底「臺灣戲曲中心」將完工試營運，將由

本中心自行營運，所屬之國光劇團、臺灣國樂團

及臺灣音樂館也將進駐，這將是國內第一個擁

有常駐傳統表演藝術團隊的專業劇場，在傳藝

家族一步一腳印的努力耕耘下，將為傳統藝術

匯集、激發更多創演能量，我們蓄勢待發，期盼

能共創不滅的璀璨風華。

National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan (NCO) just celebrated its 30th birthday. During these thirty years, the mission of NCO has changed from “education and promotion” to “professional performance.” The performing format also changed from a “traditional instrumental ensemble” to “multiple performing forces.” With prospective audiences in mind, NCO has tried out various approaches to programming and staging. Particularly in the last two years under the direction of Yan Hui-Chang, NCO has gradually established a Taiwanese brand of Chinese orchestra with concepts like “telling stories of Taiwan with Chinese orchestral music,” “employing local materials and talents,” and “musically connecting Taiwan and the world.” Meanwhile, it has blended traditional and innovative materials in order to link music to local people’s sense of humanity.

Accordingly, each concert in NCO’s present season is motivated by the search for Taiwan’s stories through music. This music blends elements from Taiwanese indigenous cultures, local landscapes and cultures, and compositions from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China. Under the baton of Yan Hui-Chang, the orchestra sensitively interprets Taiwan’s warm spirit and international outlook.

In addition, NCO broadens its talent-training initiatives this year. It will continue to cultivate Taiwanese youth conductors in order to create more musical interpreters and leaders for Chinese music in Taiwan. NCO will host the “Re� ned Sounds” instrumentalist competition series to discover performing talents in Taiwan. It will also hold training projects for contract musicians and themed calls-for-compositions in order to integrate conducting, performing, and composing talents into a “Chinese music talent pool.” Through these projects and programs, NCO intends to nurture and provide platforms for Chinese music talents in Taiwan.

By the end of this year, construction of the Xiqu Center of Taiwan will be completed and begin to operate. It will house branch institutes of the National Center for Traditional Arts, such as GuoGuang Opera Company, National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan, and Taiwan Music Institute. This center will be the � rst theater in Taiwan to have professional performing groups in residence. Through the efforts of our family, National Center for Traditional Arts will bring together various traditional art forms and stimulate performing and creative energy. We look forward to creating a continuous dazzling elegance.

夏文化的根基，外來文化的滋

潤，在這島嶼的每一個角落孕

育成一個個令人動容的故事。

在而立之年後，臺灣國樂團肩

負起為這塊土地向世界發聲的

使命，深度強化臺灣原創音樂

的推動，委託不同創作背景、

不同世代的臺灣作曲家創作，

並舉辦一場青年作曲家徵曲活

動，希望用創作紀錄臺灣，用

音樂歌詠寶島。

今年的經典樂季以「中西樂

器大進擊」、「搬演族群的故

事」、「親炙大師風采」以及「

大自然與人文的對話」四個脈

絡製作精彩的節目；以「榕樹

下音樂會」深入偏鄉村落，用

音樂滋潤土地；以「指揮、演

奏人才培育及徵曲」機制給予

青年新秀進修與展現的平臺，

用精緻文化內涵揚聲國際。

「中西樂器大進擊」以《簧的世

界》音樂會強調「自由簧」類

樂器的對應，透過三位作曲家

創作將傳統與當代、東方與西

方進行鏈結與融合。「搬演族

群的故事」則以《成吉思汗》

訴說蒙古傳奇帝王的生命故

事，結合臺灣國樂團、香港中

樂團、台北愛樂合唱團以及安

達組合，在蒙古特有的音樂元

素的呈現下，塑造充滿草原生

命情境的音樂史詩。「親炙大

師風采」有幸邀請國際級的

打擊樂大師、世界頂級音樂學

府德國柏林漢斯艾斯雷音樂

學院的打擊樂教授，享譽海內

外的打擊家李飈合作《擊速飈樂》音樂會，中打與西打的競

技與對應將激盪出充滿豪情

的絕世鼓樂。「大自然與人文

的對話」則推出《從太魯閣到

敦煌》以及結合易經與科技

運用的《觀易賞樂 II 》。除了

延續新秀的選拔活動外，也為

擁有精良技術以及歲月淬鍊

的 NCO 團員開闢「NCO演奏

家系列」，讓優秀的團員也能

一展獨奏長才，更為臺灣國樂

團的品牌點綴亮麗的樂章。

啟動演奏、指揮、作曲的國樂

人才庫整合平臺計畫，透過器

樂選秀、指揮培訓、徵曲活動

The beautiful island of Taiwan has Chinese cultural roots and is irrigated by other cultures. Touching stories are nourished in every corner of this island. In its thirty-year history, the National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan (NCO) has taken up the mission to resonate this land’s melody to the world. NCO encourages the production of Taiwanese music and commissions contemporary local composers with diverse backgrounds. It also calls for compositions from young composers in order to document Taiwan through music.

This year’s exquisite music season is programmed according to four exciting themes: “Onslaught of Chinese and Western Instruments,” “Performing Ethnic Stories,” “An Intimate Session with the Master,” and “Dialogue between Nature and Humanity.” Additionally, NCO will hold the “Under the Banyan” concert series to nurture the countryside with music. It will also hold conducting and performance training programs and a call-for-compositions series to provide rising stars with diverse platforms for promoting our re� ned culture internationally.

The World of the Reeds concert, in the “Onslaught of Chinese and Western Instruments” series, highlights the interaction of free-reed wind instruments in compositions by three composers fusing the traditional and the modern, the East and the West. The “Performing Ethnic Stories” series presents Genghis Khan, which portrays symphonically the grandiose story of the legendary Mongolian hero. Featuring the National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan, Taipei

Philharmonic Chorus, Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, and Anda Union, Genghis Khan promises a musical epic with Mongolian spices, unfolding rhapsodically with all the panoramic expansiveness of the Mongolian grasslands. Racing Percussion, in the “An Intimate Session with the Master” series, features Li Biao, a world-renowned percussionist and percussion professor at Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, Germany. Through the competition and interaction between Chinese and Western percussion instruments, Li presents a passionate and heroic style of percussion music. The “Dialogue between Nature and Humanity” series introduces two programs—From Taroko to Dunhuang and Read I Ching, Listen to Music II, a blending of I Ching (Book of Changes) and technology. NCO will continue to hold its contest for rising stars this year and will also launch the “NCO Performer” concert series, in which our expert NCO musicians will reveal their solo playing skills.

The young are motivated by pursuing their dreams. This year, NCO commences the project of integrating Chinese music talent pools in performance, conducting, and composition. NCO wishes to select and promote the best of Taiwan and provide the youth with a stage for realizing their dreams. It will do this through hosting competitions for rising star performers, training programs for conductors, and calls for compositions. “Men are great for the dreams they have.” The arts are enriched by great dreams. NCO invites you to join us this season, supporting and applauding the musicians who bravely pursue their dreams.

Found all over the world, the reed pipe has a long history. The pipe organ, known as the king of all musical instruments, dates back more than two millennia to ancient Greece according to literature. The sheng, on the other hand, is a traditional Chinese instrument that can be traced back more than three millennia. An exclusive harmonic blowpipe instrument, the reed pipe has evolved into a complete realm of reed pipes. Both the pipe organ and high-pitched reed pipe have a loud and forceful sound. With a varying pitch, dynamic and pleasant tone as well as great harmony when played in a large orchestra, the reed pipe has a magni� cent sound that deeply captivates an audience.

The concert will showcase the indigenous and ancient sound of the jaw reed pipe, combined with the powerful, dramatic and dynamic sounds of the harmonica and pipe organ, which together, offer a totally new musical experience to the audience.

笙簧樂器存在於世界各民族，具有悠

久歷史。至今仍被公認高踞樂器之

王寶座的管風琴，源自古希臘時代，

可考歷史亦已超過兩千年，而中國傳

統樂器的笙亦有三千多年歷史，是吹

管樂器唯一的和聲樂器，時至今日，

已發展成為一個完整的「笙簧樂器王

國」。管風琴和高音笙皆擁有雄偉飽

滿的音響，巨大的強弱變化、多彩的

音色聲響魅力和大型樂團的調和度

極高，其宏大氣派的音響，能為聽眾

帶來更寬廣的聯想空間。

此次音樂會將以「笙簧類」樂器為主

軸，從最單純的口簧演奏，匯集知名

笙、口琴、管風琴等演奏家。使這古

老的「笙簧類」靈魂，散發戲劇性的

多彩張力，賦予讓人耳目一新的當代

「聲」機。

Genghis Khan, an emperor well-known all over the world, symbolizes an extraordinary history, which is a rich soil to provide artists with inspirations. Dr. Tang Chien-Ping was the � rst composer in China who created an epic symphony in 2007 about Genghis Khan. The composition was a narration of the life of this Mongolian leader and a tribute to nature using a complex yet dynamic musical structure. The version adapted by Tang Chien-Ping for the Chinese orchestra contains the following elements: a large chorus, Mongolian Khoomei, Chao Er Chorus, Mongolian long tune, impromptu, Si Hu and the Matouqin orchestra.

This time, there will be about 200 performers from the National Chinese Orchestra (NCO) in Taiwan, the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra (HKCO) and the Taipei Philharmonic Chorus (TPC), along with Yan Hui-chang, art director of the NCO and HKCO, who will be the conductor to lead the magni� cent presentation of this Mongolian epic.

成吉思汗是世界熟悉的名字，那一段

崢嶸浩瀚的歷史，為藝術家提供豐富

的創作素材；中國首位作曲博士唐建

平，於 2007年創作大型交響音樂史

詩《成吉思汗》，以起落交錯細膩有

致的音樂結構，故事性地勾勒出蒙古

族獨特的大漠生活與對天地的膜拜精

神。本次採用唐建平為國樂團改編之

版本，融合大型合唱團、蒙古呼麥、

嘲爾合唱、蒙古長調、短曲、四胡以

及馬頭琴樂隊等元素，匯集臺灣國樂

團、香港中樂團、台北愛樂合唱團三

團約 200人的演出陣容，並由 NCO、

HKCO二團藝術總監閻惠昌指揮，共

同呈現雄偉壯闊的氣勢及濃厚蒙古色

彩的音樂史詩。

Li Biao, an internationally renowned percussionist, has performed at various concert halls and music festivals. He is a professor at the Central Conservatory of Music and the Academy of Music Hanns Eisler. He will have his first performance with the NCO, playing the percussion symphony Century Dance which he composed with Meng Ke, as well as the Ragtime symphonic suite. Celebrated composer Hung Chien-Hui, will also be present to perform a moving percussion concerto with the NCO percussion ensemble.

I-Ching integrates universal laws with human life, and upholds the philosophy that everything is changing. Ancient wisdom is the principle behind human behavior. When using I-Ching in music, one will be inspired to observe life through music. Enjoy Music with Insight the Music of Changes II is a musical arrangement based on the principles of Wind, Thunder, Mountain and Pool, which are symbolized by Zhèn (Shake), Xùn (Ground), Gèn (Bond) and Duì (Open) in I-Ching.

Once again, Liu Chun-Tsu will serve as the concert’s I-Ching consultant. There will be technical elements and effects to be utilized during the performance. Using current popular technologies such as somatosensation, media, mobile and interaction, the abstract philosophy of I-Ching will be translated and transformed visually and creatively through a spectacular musical performance and concert.

所謂的易經，是將宇宙天地萬物的自

然法則，與人類生活行為合為一體，

解釋萬物無窮變化的哲理；這古老

的智慧，是我們處事的遵循，以《易

經》指引音樂，由音樂啟發對生命的

觀察。《觀易賞樂 II 》，從易經中震、

巽、艮、兌四個卦象所象徵之風、

雷、山、澤等四個大自然景象作為音

樂會曲目安排之中心邏輯。

延續 103年《觀易賞樂》，再度邀請劉

君祖擔任本音樂會之易經顧問，音樂

演出融合科技舞臺效果，利用體感、

媒體、移動、互動等當今已近成熟的

科學技術，將易經之深奧哲理，以具

體之視覺舞臺特效搭配精湛的音樂演

出，創造多層次的藝術展演。

The new opera Qin Shi Huang was created by the NCO and Hsu Ya-Fen Fine Arts Opera Workshop. The four acts depict the life of Qin Shi Huang (the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty). Unlike the fabricated stories of the Han Dynasty, the opera was adapted from the comments of Li Zhi and Dong Zhong-shu on Qin Shi Huang which describes the latter’s experience and achievements. This provides the audience with a new angle to re-evaluate the merits and faults of the eternal emperor.

The overall musical performance will be played by the NCO. The strong local Taiwanese Opera is composed of traditional instrument orchestra, a � lm music class and Taiwanese Opera performers who are known for their excellent live performances.

臺灣國樂團與許亞芬歌子戲劇坊攜手

合作，推出《千古一帝秦始皇》全新

大戲，共規劃四場次演出秦始皇一生

功過。本劇跳脫漢朝以降過多對秦朝

真實面目的人為捏揉，由後世李贄、

董仲舒兩人對始皇帝之評判辯論，做

為戲劇串場，逐一引出秦始皇一生經

歷及作為，使觀眾得以全新角度，重

新審視這位千古一帝的一生功過。

臺灣國樂團擔任全場音樂演奏，以

氣勢恢弘的絲竹樂團，展現電影配

樂般的音樂鋪陳，也考驗歌仔戲演員

臨場演唱的功力，不容小覷臺灣本土

opera的氣勢 !

From Taroko to Dunhuang it can be observed that man can conquer nature. The hardwork of ancestors has paved the way for many people.

The NCO guides the audience and lets them travel through time to experience the ancient city through music which portrays Dunhuang nature and art. Composers of different generations also take inspiration from Taiwanese culture as well as the mountains, rivers and sights of Hualien Taroko. These two places have a rich history and landscape which will be interpreted into visual and musical imagery, and presented at the concert hall.

從太魯閣到敦煌，我們看到的是人定

勝天的自豪感，前人孜孜不倦的一鑿

一斧，為世人開拓了不一樣的眼界。

臺灣國樂團以描繪敦煌自然景觀及

藝術的樂曲帶領觀眾穿越時空，體

驗敦煌古城的一景一物；同時將委

託臺灣不同年代的知名作曲家以花

蓮太魯閣的山、水、景點為題以樂章

譜出臺灣在地的人文景致；二個具

有壯麗景觀及豐沛歷史的地點，將

在音樂廳中，形塑激盪出一曲曲栩栩

如生的音畫。

林明慧出生於高雄市，畢業於東吳大學音樂系研究

所，文化大學中國音樂學系，國立藝術專科

學校國樂系。

2006年代表臺灣國家國樂團參加由中國舉

辦於杭州「第一屆海內外江南絲竹邀請賽」

獲得二等獎殊榮。2010年《寒夜遙寄》揚

琴協奏曲，收錄臺灣國樂團所出版（臺灣四

季）專輯中，並榮獲第 22屆金曲獎傳統暨

藝術音樂類，最佳民族音樂專輯。

多次於國家演奏廳及日本舉辦揚琴獨奏會。

劉寶琇著名柳琴演奏家。現任臺灣國樂團副首席、彈撥聲部首席、

臺北愛樂電臺「東方古典」節目主持與製作，任教於臺灣藝

術大學中國音樂學系。曾應邀至中國大陸及澳洲和歐美各地

擔任柳琴演奏，佳評如潮。

2005 年起，在臺北愛樂電臺主持與製作「東方古典」節

目，透過廣播媒體介紹推廣中國音樂。

2007 年撰寫廣達二十周年獻禮藝術書《悠遠的傳唱─中國

音樂賞析》，由廣達電腦股份有限公司企劃出版。

2007 年至今，經常應邀擔任國樂相關講座主講人，對於中

國音樂多元化的推廣不遺餘力。

2008 年在「藍色的夢—冉肖玲臺北演唱會」中擔任指揮，

於臺北國際會議中心演出。曾任佛光山人間音緣梵樂

團助理指揮。劉氏在編曲、作曲以及教材編撰方面亦

成果豐碩。

2011 年錄製劉寶琇柳琴演奏專輯。

柳琴，是國樂彈撥樂器中最高音的樂

器，其音色高亢、宜中宜西的特色，

除了能演奏傳統色彩韻味的作品之

外，亦能貫穿中西，藉由劉寶琇的音

樂妙手，讓演出曲目包羅萬象，有描

寫臺灣原住民族熱情舞蹈的《泰雅音

畫》，有刻劃帶著大草帽、翹鬍子墨

西哥人彈奏斑鳩琴的《墨西哥民謠組

曲》，有與京劇崑曲名小生趙揚強合

作演出新編京劇《羅生門》男人唱腔

選段，還有以中國民歌《鳳陽花鼓》

為素材使用爵士節奏譜寫的《花鼓幻

想》，以及中國民樂作曲家隋利軍為

劉寶琇量身訂做一首東北的風土與人

情味十足的《北大荒狂想曲》⋯⋯讓

這場音樂會引領觀眾進入古今中外、

不同文化的音樂氛圍中。

The acclaimed NCO Conducting Camp, launched in 2012, is an

intensive music training program specifically for national and

international youth conductors. Held at the National Center for

Traditional Arts in Yilan County, this program includes training

in the theory and practice of conducting, forums, rehearsals with the

Chinese orchestra, and � nal presentations. Through close interaction

with NCO musicians in rehearsals, the program aims to improve

musical interpretation and control of the orchestra in seven days.

的長期專業培訓課程。課程共分為六大項目，排練觀摩、作品研習、深

員從作品出發，與不同作曲家、知名指揮及優秀演奏家近身學習交流，

為樂團打造天籟之音。全觀性的研習課程，培養專業指揮所需的涵養、

氣度與智慧。

報名資格年滿十八歲、四十歲以下之中華民國

國民，需具有指揮樂團（隊）的實務

經驗。資格經審查評選後，錄取正

式學員 10名，旁聽學員 10名。

排練觀摩跟團觀摩排練實況、指揮家的排練

風格，及其與樂團團員的互動，貼

身學習指揮家、演奏家與作曲家的

並與指揮共同討論樂曲詮釋的種種

可能性。

深度座談於上述音樂會結束後二周內，整合學

員意見作為座談會的討論主題，回

顧與反思，激盪更多的創意火花。

專題講座針對當代指揮家所必須面對之重要

課題，邀請各界達人授業解惑。

演出實習於 10月舉辦，曲目由本團音樂總監

訂定，與本團進行實習演練。

選秀PK本團將選出 2 ∼ 5 名學員，於翌年

進行技術、媒體評委以及現場觀眾

琵琶好聲音

� e Beautiful Sound of the Pipa 2015

傳統故事中，琵琶雖常與美人連接，讀白居易《琵琶行》，對音樂的描

寫，大家也常聚焦「弦弦掩抑聲聲思」、「低眉信手細細彈」、「間關鶯語

花底滑」、「幽咽泉流水下灘」，但琵琶的基本性格卻是關闔大度、一擊

必殺的陽剛，《琵琶行》寫音樂的結尾「銀瓶乍破水漿迸，鐵騎突出刀

鎗鳴」、「曲收撥當心畫，四弦一聲如裂帛」，才真回到了琵琶的本色。

2015年再度延續好聲音器樂選秀「琵琶好聲音」，希冀選秀活動，豐富

國樂現有的生態。賽後亦陸續安排相關的音樂展演，將優秀演奏人才

舉薦予國人，並喚起大眾對傳統樂器的再認識及重視。

In “The Pipa Tune,” by Chinese poet BAI Ju-Yi, the pipa is often associated

with beauty. The story’s description of music also draws the reader’s

attention: “The tones were restrained but full of sentiment,” “Lowering her

head, she continued to play at will,” “A warbling canary glided underneath

a blossom,” and “A lonely brook � owed from under a rock.” From these

descriptions one may imagine that the sound of the pipa is tender,

feminine, and reserved. The basic character of the pipa, however, is rich

and generous, as can be heard at the end of “The Pipa Tune.” Bai depicts

the sound of the pipa as “a silver vase suddenly bursting, splashing water

everywhere; armored knights charging out, clashing swords here and

there,” and says, “she drew the pick to strum a chord to end the music;

four strings resonated in concert, like tearing silk.” (Excerpted from LIN

NCO continues to hold the “The Beautiful Sound of the Pipa” Rising Star

Contest to enrich the ecology of Chinese orchestra music. A number of

concerts will be held after the contest not only to promote our talented

performers but also to publicize Chinese instruments.

臺灣國樂團（NCO）是由國內國樂界菁英組成的國家級樂團，矢志

探索傳統、立足本土、擁抱當代，藉由創作為臺灣傳統音樂紮根，

用演出傳遞臺灣美學品味，以提昇臺灣傳統及當代音樂為目標，以

國際為舞臺，用醇厚的音樂深化臺灣之美。

臺灣國樂團前身為 1984年教育部成立之「國立藝專實驗國樂

團」，以國家與文化、民族與音樂、理論與實務、教學與演奏等學

術研究與發展為宗旨。2008年 1月起由國立中正文化中心代管，

同年 3月更名為「臺灣國家國樂團」改隸行政院文化建設委員會，

2012年 5月因應文化部成立，正式更名為「臺灣國樂團」，為國立

傳統藝術中心轄下之表演團體。

臺灣國樂團的演出，融合戲劇、舞蹈、美術、詩歌、文學等各類元

素，兼具創新與傳統，多年來亦出版多張音樂 CD專輯，2011年更

榮獲第 22屆傳統暨藝術音樂金曲獎最佳民族音樂專輯獎（臺灣四

季）、最佳專輯包裝獎（心花兒開滿年），成果斐然。

全團亦致力於傳統音樂之推廣，每年均安排赴社區與校園進行慈

善巡演，用傳統音樂豐富國民的生活。長年擔任國家文化外交的大

使，演奏行跡遠及歐洲、美洲及亞洲各大城市，傳遞動人的樂章。

National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan (NCO) is composed by the domestic music circles of the elite National Orchestra, determined to explore the tradition, based on the local community, embracing the contemporary. Taiwan traditional music by creating roots pass 9 the aesthetic taste of Taiwan to the international stage, to enhance the beauty of traditional and contemporary music performances.

National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan, formerly known as the Ministry of Education was established in 1984 "National Art Experimental Orchestra". Hosted by the National Chiang Kaishek Cultural Center in 2008, changed its name to "National

Chinese Orchestra Taiwan". May 2012 in response to the Ministry of Culture was established, officially changed its name to "National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan" performing arts groups, under the jurisdiction of the National Center for Traditional Arts. National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan performances, fusion of theater, dance, art, poetry, literature and other elements, both innovation and tradition, over the years has also published more than one music CD albums, 2011 was awarded the 22nd Traditional and Artistic Music Golden Melody Awards folk music album Award (Taiwan Four Seasons), best Album packaging Awards (heart � owers open over the years), with impressive results.

於臺北市士林區文林路與福國路間、美國學校舊址的「臺灣戲曲

中心」隸屬於國立傳統藝術中心，鄰近臺北捷運芝山站，建築構

想來自傳統戲曲「一桌二椅」概念，設置有大表演廳（1,055席）、

實驗劇場（300席）以及臺灣音樂資料館，集專業表演、戲曲資料

典藏、節目製作於一身，軟硬體兼具；不僅可有效疏解大臺北地區

專業表演場所不足的問題，亦可全面提昇臺灣傳統藝術劇場作品

的專業性與精緻度。預計 2015年下半年完工、試營運，將於 2016

年正式啟用。

臺灣戲曲中心不僅將是國內第一個擁有常駐劇團的專業劇場，由

國光劇團、臺灣國樂團與臺灣音樂館進駐，更重要的是將以「節

目製作 R&D」為核心，為表演藝術產業連接「戲曲製作」、「市場測

試」與「版權交易」提供協助平臺，積極提昇其智財創價的高度藝

術質感與價值，同時實踐其聚焦為華文地區當代精緻傳統藝術呈

現場域，發展成為華人世界的戲曲中心，亦打造成為傳統表演藝

術人才培育與交流之平臺，塑造為新臺灣文化地標。

就像是座落城市中一桌二椅的戲臺，臺灣戲曲中心所有使用建築

內外空間的人們成為在此表演的演員，人們踏上椅子、跨上桌子，

期望民眾不只是來看傳統戲曲演出，而能充分利用空間，讓建築成

為所有人的舞臺。
