between the stone wall and polished marble-plastered walls. Blending the styles continues

with Spanish Mission console tables and a carved Baroque bench, upholstered in richly

embossed leather. Lighting is featured to make an artistic statement while providing

Venice, Italy dominates the dining room with made-to-order chandelier and matching

wall sconces where Venetian polished plaster is applied to the groin-vaulted ceiling. The

walls, dining chairs, and a curved banquette are upholstered in metallic fabric, while dark

mahogany table contours to meet shape of banquette.

A theatrical atmosphere, result of Dayan’s former career as London & Hollywood

TV Set Designer, is apparent in the living room. The walls, painted in metallic

pearl, are draped from end-to-end, and from floor-to-ceiling in a sheer fabric

that’s back-lit with an LED strip to provide continuously changing colors and hues

for every mood and function.

You would not think so if they told you about it, but over-scaled furnishings, bold

patterns, silk fabric combined with metallic leather, Art Deco chairs paired with

an English sofa set under an enormous mirror in a heavily-carved frame, and

elegant console tables, do indeed live in a perfect harmony in this room.

Entering into Moroccan room, one can almost hear the romantic music of

Andalusia, and breathe the aroma of the world-famous Moroccan cuisine in

this North-African Oasis. Set under a glorious tent, and made in Morocco, are a

pair of plush sofas, carved chairs in colorful stripped fabric and a dining table,

placed on an all-weather rug. This is one of the owner’s favorite rooms in the

house, a topic for discussions and praises by the guests, and unforgettable

experience.

In the master bedroom, Tibetan rug is a perfect backdrop for the regal bed with its

silk canopy, duvet and pillows. French writing desk and floral carved chair are placed

against the Isaac Mizrahi coin-pattern sheer drapery. Venetian plaster work framed

in ornate mouldings painted in metallic pearl, are set to adorn the walls and gable

ceiling. Also featured, pair of wonderful armchairs to relax, watch wall-mounted TV

flanked by a magnificent Venetian mirrors, or enjoy cozy warmth of the sleek-design

electric-fireplace.

In the master bathroom, marble mosaic floor in paisley pattern is beautifully reflected

in the whirlpool’s tub apron, while mahogany vanity cabinets are topped with

Baroque-style mirror frames, finished in lacquered automobile paint. Hand-made

in Venice Italy, the Murano light fixture glows upon the Indian silk shade as a towel-

warmer and adjustable TV complete the ultimate pampering experience.
