La nuova collezione in cuoio rigenerato è stata prodotta con un innovativo bio composto, a base di fibra di pelle e cuoio provenienti da selezionati pellami, che vengono finemente tritati e legati con puro lattice di gomma naturale, fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.La finitura superficiale con moderni poliesteri conferisce a questa base naturale speciali caratteristiche tecniche ed esteti-che, questo processo manifatturiero è a basso impatto ambienta-le, infatti, la maggior parte delle materie prime sono naturali e sono polimeri a base d’acqua e di provenienza delle concerie Italiane riducendo così l’impatto ambientale globale.Per tali motivi questo è un prodotto eco-bio-composito ed il prodotto finale al tatto e alla vista è simile al vero cuoio, infatti, gli stampi e le finiture sono curati nei dettagli, le rughe e le imperfezioni della pelle sono state riprodotte fedelmente per conferire al materiale un aspetto molto naturale.

Our new collection of regenerated Leather has been produced with an innovative Bio-Compost based on a leather and Hide fibre derived from a selection of Hides finely mixed and bonded together with pure natural rubber latex, until it reaches homoge-neous compost. The surface finishing with modern polyester, gives to this special natural base, technical and aesthetic featu-res; this hand made process is low on environmental impact. In fact, the major parts of the raw materials are natural as well as polymer and water based -whose origin is the Italian Tanneries- and, as such, reduces environmental impact.This Eco-Bio-compost product is pleasing to the eye and similar to real leather; in fact, the pressing and finishing have been cured in detail reproducing, faithfully, the folds and imperfec-tions of the leather conferring on the material a very natural aspect.

Serie EcopelleEcopelle o finta pelle è un tessuto che ha l'aspetto della pelle o del cuoio ma non è realizzato con materiale animale. Per questo motivo il termine contiene la parola "eco", che richiama l'ecolo-gia. Esistono diverse tipologie di finta pelle, con finiture lisce o ruvide, con impresse venature o caratteristiche superficiali tipiche delle pelli conciate di vari animali. I colori vanno dall'i-mitazione del naturale, sia in tinta unita che con sfumature e macchie ad imitazione del vero, o in colori e disegni che seguo-no i dettami della moda.

The Ecopelle series

Ecopel, or artificial leather, is a material which has the aspect of leather or hide but has not been produced using animal mate-rial. Therefore, the name of the material contains the word ‘eco’ meaning ecological. There exit different types of artificial leather with smooth and rough finishing with pressed grain or, a finish typical of tanned leather from various animals. Colours range from the natural; plain colours with shades and stains or in colours and designs that follow today’s fashion trends.
