Sir,With reference to the aforesaid subject and reference matter that we had submitted the application forobtaining Environment Clearance on 18.10.2014 by web portal of MoEF & CC as a category-B2 project.After receiving the 500 m periphery map form the office of Mining Engineer, Bharatpur, it is definedthat General Condition applicable (as the Uttar Pradesh–Rajasthan Interstate Boundary lies at adistance of ~3.5 km in SE direction from the mine site) on our project as the sum total of the mininglease area of our Project / activity and other existing operating mines and mining Projects are locatedwithin 500 meters from the periphery of the our Project or activity is 51.97 ha, (which is exceeds 5 ha,500 m map attached herewith), hence it is treated as Category ‘A’ Project and to be dealt at the levelof MoEF & CC, New Delhi, thus environmental clearance for the project is to be grant by the ministry ofenvironment and climate change (MOEF & CC); as per EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006 & as amendedfrom time to time. So we are hereby editing the proposal with all respective documents for furthercorrections.The following documents are being submitted are as under:

1. Form-1/ Appendix-I2. Pre-feasibility Report with annexure3. Approved Mining Plan4. Aravali Letter & 500 meter periphery Map

Kindly consider our case in next upcoming EAC meeting and grant us Environmental Clearance for theabove said project at the earliest.Thanking you with regards,
