The main aims are:

• reduction of the deaths and injuries in fires,

• reduction of the number of fires as a result of carelessnesscarelessness,

Stage I• Target groups requiring information-educational action were

determined.

• A reduction in the number of fires from 12000 to 8000 within the next 5 years, and hence reduction in fire losses about 40 -50 %50 %.
