Cu to ca glycogen Glycogen l cht d tr glucid ca ng vt, c th coi glycogen nh l "tinh bt" ca ng vt, v n cng gm 2 lin kt -D 1-4 v -D 1-6 glucoside, nhng n khc tinh bt ch l s r nhnh rm rp hn, c cch 8-10 phn t glucose c mt lin kt nhnh -D 1-6. Hu qu l hnh thnh nhiu x so trong gan, tim v cc bp c. 4.3.2 Nguyn nhn Khi glucose c chuyn i thnh glycogen, mi bc u cn c mt enzyme khc nhau.
