Our work speaks for us!
We felt the strong need to review our market outreach strategies and implementation on ground so that they can be more effective and more
importantly, measurable. We hired Niiti Consulting to critically look at our systems and processes and suggest a plan of action that will help us
reach our stakeholders better. We found that they far exceeded their mandate to study each business and department in detail in addition to their
own independent research, to come up with a strategy, tactics and detailed implementation plan that was ethically and morally sound, and
effected sharp marketing at the same time.
This process that covered many geographies and teams was conducted efficiently and through the personal insights they got, they were able to
suggest a fresh approach to our outreach strategy, make projections for an organisational structure with detailed job descriptions, and develop a
simple yet effective measurement matrix. Their efforts were much appreciated by the Apollo Team as well as other stakeholders they engaged
with. I found them responsive, insightful and a pleasure to work with. Premkumar S
Group CEO, Apollo Hospitals
KGVK (Krishi Gram Vikas Kendra) and the Usha Martin University Foundation have engaged with Niiti Consulting on two projects since
April 2013.A project in the social space on developing a monitoring and evaluation process, systems and technology in our Total Village
Management program that covers currently 200 villages in Jharkhand. Another project in developing market knowledge, and planning content
structure for an inclusive growth education offering to be launched in 2015.
We consider Niiti to be an exceptional firm. Breadth and depth of functional competencies in the social space; best in class project
management and consulting intervention behaviours that create confidence and comfort while challenging concepts and thoughts with candid
communication and feedback. This happens with good people doing great things. Niiti has it and the ability to sustain it.To summarise our
interaction to date "Value Delivered".Yezdi Karai, Board Changemaker - Total Village Management Operations and Impact Measurement, KGVK
