<Dinorex> is glass for chemically strengthening developed for use as cover glass on mobile handsets such as smartphones and tablets, in onboard vehicle displays, and in other new applications. Coating with various functions (Anti-Reflection, Anti-Glare, Anti-Fingerprint and ITO) can be added to <Dinorex>.

Our Ultra Thin Glass <G-Leaf>, under 0.2mm (200μm), is a superior material formed by overflow technology. <G-Leaf> maintains the advantageous functions and reliability of glass in a film state. By reducing the thickness and weight, we have finally reached the ultimate material in terms of environmental friendliness : material conservation, smaller carbon footprint and green processes. オーバーフロー成形による超薄板ガラス＜G-Leaf＞は、厚さ0.2mm（200μm）以下のガラスを指します。ガラスの優れた「機能」と「信頼性」そのままに、ガラスのフィルム化を実現したものです。薄型・軽量化による省資源・低炭素排出化、グリーンプロセスへの対応等、環境志向で辿り着いた究極の素材です。エネルギー、医療、照明等、様々な用途への高い可能性を秘めた次世代材料です。

Glass-ribbon

ガラスリボンは非常に薄いため樹脂フィルムのように曲げたり、巻いたりすることが可能です。ガラス表面は無研磨にもかかわらず、非常に平滑です。このガラスリボンの特長は、両側面の端部（両端）が写真のように丸みを帯びているため、曲げやねじりに強いことです。生産技術の向上により、厚さ１５μm の場合、最大幅３０mm のガラスリボンが成形可能になりました。

Glass-ribbon is so thin that it can be bent or rolled up like resin film. The glass surface is unpolished, but it is extremely flat and smooth. Glass-ribbon is characterized by rounded edges on both sides. This enables enhanced durability in the face of bending and twisting pressure. The improvement of our production technology enables us to offer max. 30mm-wide and 15μm-thick Glass-ribbon now.

ITOヒーターとARコーティングの両面コートにより、単なる防曇や解氷、霜取り機能だけではなく、優れた光学特性を合わせ持ちます。高い透過率をもたらし、耐フレア、耐ゴースト等に対して大きな効果があります。高性能な車載カメラや監視カメラのカバーガラスに好適です。インデックスマッチングITOコーティングやNIR（近赤外）カットARコーティングも可能です。

Combination of ITO heater with AR (Anti-Reflection) coating realizes not only anti-fog, thawing or defrosting properties but also higher optical performances. It has high transmittance and is effective for preventing flare and ghost. Our high performance ITO heater is suitable for automotive camera and monitoring camera. Index matching ITO and/or NIR (Near Infra-Red) cut AR coating is also available.

当社は2種類のユニークなガラス細管を提案いたします。「マイクロチューブ丸型タイプ」は外径が最小200μm、ガラス厚みが最薄46μｍの非常に細く、薄いガラス管です。「マイクロチューブ角型タイプ」は四角い断面形状を有するガラス細管で、正方形、長方形、トラック形の3種類があります。

ARG Fiber (Alkali-resistant Glass Fiber)

ARGファイバ

ＡＲＧファイバは、耐アルカリ性に優れたガラスファイバです。セメント製品に混ぜ、建築・土木分野で活躍しています。

ARG Fiber is superior in alkali resistance. This Glass Fiber is used for the field of architecture and civil engineering by mixing with cement.

BU-41, BU-66は深紫外線まで透過する薄板ガラスで、セラミックパッケージ材とほぼ同じ熱膨張係数をもちます。

繊細なデザイン表現を実現しつつ、構造物の強度を確保します。ガラス繊維強化コンクリート（ＧＲＣ）はアルカリによる腐蝕が少ないＡＲＧファイバが部材全体に均一分散して隅々まで補強されます。鉄筋強化コンクリートに比べ、壁の厚みが薄くでき、建物の軽量化に貢献します。さらに、ＧＲＣは複雑なデザインにも型枠を用いて工場で生産、モジュール化により設置工事も容易にでき、建築デザインの可能性を広げます。

ARG Fiber can realize both fine design and strength of a building at the same time.GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) is strengthened by AGR Fiber, which is resistant to corrosion of alkali. Through the ARG Fiber’s homogeneous distribution in the cement, architectural materials are reinforced completely. Compared with the steel reinforced concrete, the walls made of GRC is thinner and it contributes to the lightening of buildings.Furthermore, GRC is capable of enhancing the possibility of the architectural design because GRC is produced by the mold form in the factory and easily installed by modularization.

トンネル内でのコンクリート剥落防止します。メッシュ状に加工したガラスファイバでトンネルの壁面を覆い、確実な剥落防止効果ととガラスの特性を活かした耐久性を向上させます。メッシュ構造によって、壁面の目視検査が容易になるため、メンテナンス性が向上し、安全にも寄与しています。

In this field, ARG Fiber is effective to prevent the falling of masonry in a tunnel.By covering the inside surface of a tunnel using mesh type ARG, certain ef fect in order to prevent the falling of masonry and the durability are improved. Mesh structure also contributes to the safety, because the inspection and the maintenance of the surface of wall become much easier than previous method.
