This is the experience of the “document adminstrator”, for instance someone at the headquarters: – Marketing manager– Sales manager– Legal representant

The following screens illustrate the 4 steps required to create a new document model from a simple Web page: 1. Creation of a blank page.2. Creation of the structure of the document.– Association of values to each zone (images, paragraphs).– Definition of presentation options to the end user.

host an image or logo on your blank page.

You can move and redimension your zones with your mouse.

If you want to edit or format the text, check the “edit text” if you have the right to do so. You can modify the text directly in the bottom part of the screen, but only with the options allowed by the document administrator.
